horrible stay
There were roaches in the room and we had to be moved to another romm and my mother got bedbugs and we had to leave. They will not refund your money.

Pigeon Forge Getaway
This hotel was small but clean. It was also in a great location. Close to restaurants and attractions. This was one of the best, cheap hotels I've stayed at because it was clean and did not reek of smoke. The room i stayed in also had a refrigerator and a microwave. The heater and air worked well too. It did not keep me awake with excessive noise and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The only negative things I have to say are that there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and the coffee was not good. So if you are looking for a cheap hotel for maybe a nice weekend trip to Pigeon Forge I would recommend this hotel. =)

Married in Pigeon Forge
Hotel changed when we arrived
We booked a room at this hotel and were told they had over-booked and were sent to a different hotel. From the outside, it looked nicer but once we had the room, it wasn't so great. The lady who we dealt with at the first hotel was wonderful. The girl who registered us at the new hotel acted like she was imposed upon to book us. The ice machine was broke. The bathroom was dirty. The TV remote was broke. The bed was made while we were gone and the linens didn't fit correctly. The maid used a top sheet as a bottom sheet and it kept coming off. The room smelled like a dirty ashtray. The room we initially booked had a microwave, coffee maker, etc. The Guest Inn, where they sent us, the rooms had none of this. The location was better for what we were doing and for the price the room was okay but I would not stay there again.
