Award-winning Pigeon Forge hotel near attractions with free breakfast
It is a short ride to Dollywood, Dixie Stampede Theater and Dolly's Splash Country from Ramada Pigeon Forge - Parkway, and a trolley stops at the hotel for easy access. The AAA three-diamond hotel was a Ramada "Best of 2010" award winner. Quaint touches include a front porch with rocking chairs and select rooms with fireplace or Jacuzzis. Not so good.
The first night we had to stay in a smoking room instead of a non smoking as we had requested.The next day they gave us an up grade but we couldn't get in it until about 5 pm.The bed in it was not good.

Great Service & Great Place!
We really enjoyed our short stay! The breakfast was fantastic every morning! The staff was very nice and helpful. The staffing was a little slim one day with one girl working the front and the kitchen/dining room. Overall it was great and would stay there again.

nice, clean and a good price!
my husband and i stayed here for our 1yr anniversary and it was great! we originally stayed in a cabin in gatlinburg for our honeymoon but didnt want to spend that much money this year. this hotel was clean, very nice staff and not badly priced! the only thing i wish our room had was a microwave. they did however have one in the breakfast lobby but it would have been better to have one in the room. other than that it was great!

The staff was very nice and informative. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. Loved the breakfast and lemonade in the lobby! Nice touch!

Lovinmy trip
It was a great getaway
My husband & I need a few days away from daily life. We wanted to go to Clingmon's Dome & Cades Cove. The location was great. It was easy to get to both places, & we could walk to shops, stores & restaurant. the hotel was clean, nice staff, & good pool. The hot tube could have been hotter. But over all it was great. We would stay there again.
