Got the job done
The room was clean, but anything as big as a mouse could crawl under the gap in the front door. Outside noise came right in the gap, too. I don't care about these things, but the person with me was very annoyed, haha!

Dissappointed very dissappointed.
I booked this room because of they had a fair price and a 3 rating. Bad mistake. Lots of nicer motels had better rates when we got there (off season). Anyway. first room (104) microwave did not work. 2nd room (108) same [broken microwave.] Finally stayed in 114 (here the lamp did not work and the door handle was worn so you had to pull up not down). But hey the microwave worked. 2 queen beds seem a waste for only one couple but that what it has. Were the beds confortable? NO! Also very bad lighting, They did have fair breakfast. I met 4 people that worked there only the lady after 11PM seemed to care for more then her pay check.

Good night stay
We were pleasantly surprised that the room was as nice as it was. It was small and did not have a microwave... it had in room coffee...it tasted horrible but, the room was clean, quiet and a very good deal for the money we spent.

Great room for the money
I was really suprised at the quality of the hotel for the price we paid. This was the cheapest rate in Pigeon Forge and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in during my many visits here. I would definately recommend this hotel for the price and the quality. The only beef I had was that they didnt have telephone books in the rooms.

Refunds
Overall, about what we expected. However, the breakfast ran out of food before the dining closed and when we had to check out early, we could not get a refund.

It's the little things
I have stayed at Pigeon Forge Inns & Suites before with the same bad experiences. It's the little things that make the difference. On previous visits the remote would not work with the t.v. On this visit the room did not have an alarm clock or blow dryer. I complained to the front desk, but to no avail. I will not be staying here again.
