Budget Pigeon Forge motel on the Parkway with outdoor pool
The two-floor exterior corridor Lazy Bear Inn is located on the Parkway in Pigeon Force near tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. A trolley stops in front of the property for access to the best of Pigeon Forge. The budget rooms at Lazy Bear Inn have been renovated with either two queen beds or one king bed and a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Great Experience
The room was up-to-date and very clean. We booked because of the cheap rate and expected to have only an okay room. The room was great. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and sink area were very clean. We checked in and out with any issues. We would definitely start here again.

Lazy Bear Inn
My stay at the Lazy Bear Inn in Pigeon Forge was great. It was very clean. Manager was very nice. There was plenty of parking available. My only complaint was it said check in was 3 PM and our room was not ready until 3:30 PM.I would stay there again.

Room were old. The non-smoking room clearly had been smoked in quite a bit. We saw a roach crawl across to floor in our room- that and the smell made the room feel unclean. The "continental breakfast" consisted of donughts and white bread- plus the worse orange juice you've ever tasted.Good location right on the PF strip. Mini-fridge and microwave in room were the pluses.Wouldn't have stayed there if I had seen (even from the outside) before I bought. BTW- they tried to charge us again when we checked in. My husband didn't know for sure if we had paid online. They charged and then had to cancel the charge on the credit card. [...]

cheap motels
Went to some shows, and enjoyed shopping at the differnt outlets. For the most part the food was good sometimes too pricey,expecialy breakfast.Also decided to stay one extra day Manager said would work with me with the price ended up paying twice the amount then what we got with orbits. that brotherd me!

Our Experience
We went for the outlet malls. The hotel was easy to get to once we found the back entrance, it did have a big dip going in and out. The only problem with parking was the close proximity of the parallel parking section.
