Family Time
This place was very nice. We went to Pigeon Forge to attend the SGMA awards at Dollywood. Dollywood was beautiful and we had a great time. Hampton Inn was right in the middle of all of the activities, and there is so much to do. The staff was great, friendly, and very helpful. I had an issue trying to print boarding passes on my last night, and Selena at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing that would make this place better is a mini fridge in the room, however this will not not stop me from staying with them again.

The Titanic Museum is amazing. Also the aquarium in Gatlinburg, except you have to pay to park anywhere in Gatlinburg.

Family ad fiends on vacation
Hotel is older but well kept up , very clean only draw back was the NOT queen size bed. Was told oh yes i twas QS but it is the same size as a standard full bed. And would have liked a light weight blanket along with the heaver cover. Other than that we will stay there again just go for the king bed.

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge!!
We just visited Pigeon Forge 10/30/2009-11/1/2009 The hotel was great. Good breakfast, nice people, and pet friendly. We will definitely stay there again. [...] (Manager) very nice and helpful!!!

WONDERFUL
The room was very nice although we paid for a suite it didn't really meet my opinion of a suite. But for the most part it was a wonderful place and I would come back.

Great stay with a family!
I was pleased arrive and find a lovely lobby with a cozy fire complete with some older men playing a board game. The desk staff was so sweet and we were in our room immediately. The room, hallways, pool area and lobby were spotless. The breakfast was delicious--and the staff was very attentive and made sure all items were well stocked. My only complaint was that when we returned from Dollywood, our room had not been cleaned. Since is wasn't that messy anyway, we just called for towels and they appeared instantly. The location is convienient to all family friendly attractions of the area.
