very dirty
We have stayed at the Grands Inns for severals years and this is the worst we have seen it.The floors were dirty, cobwebs were all over the room, no hot water to take a shower,no towels,I ask for them and they said they had to come from across the street they did not have any right now.The light over the vanity was out they did not have any to replace it.I was very disappointed.

terrible
The first room they tried to put us in had a heater that sounded like a jet engine. We asked for a new room. They finally got us one with heat but the sheets were nasty. The next morning we had no hot water in the shower. It was a terrible hotel. Will not use them again.

Glad were home now
NOT WORTH IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We arrived to the place and went in the front door to find the lady working standing outside chit chatting with another person that was parked in the door way. After about 7 minutes she popped her head in to say be with you in a moment which at the same time a teenage male was walking out of a room and sat in a desk next to the front door. After about 15 minutes she came in and we found out the room was not on the ground floor which we requested considering my husband and 1 of my nieces both wear leg braces which are hard for them to walk especially my niece niece because she wears 2 of them. They moved us to ground floor then after a bunch of fake laughs and banter we went to our room to find out that the light over the sink didn't work as well as the drain in the bath tub and smelled of strong perfume which we found out that it gave me a headache, then there were fly's in the room found a used tampon behind the dresser. Then left and took out nieces to eat dinner to come back and find someone parked right in front of our room so close we had to squeeze into our door. Went and told the lady at the desk she said it was first come bases, the elderly lady next door had to walk about a block along with us late at night with very poor lighting. It was nosy all night long as well as people on the floors above flipped cigarettes down onto the cars and ashes onto them as well and teens running the walk ways all night long in traffic sitting near or in front of our rooms with there lights on and music loud enough that you can hear it and woke us up several times during the last night of stay. The only reason we didn't just leave is that we couldn't get a refund for the unused time. Beds were very heard with wet pads under the fitted sheet which bunched up considering they used a flat sheet as a fitted sheet. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AT ALL BUT WOULD TELL THEM TO GO FARTHER DOWN THE ROAD.
