get what u pay for..
wasnt bad, could use some updating but overall a good little place, friendly staff i actually extended my stay for 2 extra nights and they gave me a discount.. considering i go to rod run every year ill definately stay again. great place for the money.

the hotel rooms were very small so we upgraded to a suit which the jacuzzi didnt work, no windows, and the elevator took forever everytime you wanted to go up or down. maybe just me but , didnt really like our stay there. but the people working there was very nice all the time.

Not the Best ... But neither am I ...
This hotel is fine if you just want a place to stay. They were friendly and very certain to make sure we were happy. Everything is simple and reminded me of the old ECONO Lodge style from the 70's and 80's. Definitely needs to be updated. But no major complaints. Good location. You can use the back street to exit at the traffic light #3. Also you have quick/easy access to Teaster Lane to get to the southern end of Pigeon Forge. Oh yes ...... they speak english there!!!!

extremely helpful employees and great 24 hour pool
we stayed in a two bedroom room seperated by two doors and a bathroom it was very nice. The kids loved the fact they had a 24 hr pool with built in hot tub

Just okay
It was an okay place to stay. The outside could use some TLC. I stayed in a jacuzzie room. It didn't have any windows, and the jacuzzi tub wasn't all that. The room didn't have an iron so I had to wear wrinkled shirts. I called for one and the staff never brought me one. The air conditioner worked GREAT. Over all I wasn't impressed for what I paid. But I did have a clean place to sleep.
