Rotten stay!!
Rotten stay, the staff was rude, and argumentative, when I asked them why we were in the back of the motel....Our room was not cleaned one day, and the coffee maker was broken thoughout our stay. When my husband asked for a new coffee maker, he was told that we would get one that afternoon, which just didn't happen. We were not impressed at all. The only good thing was that the hotel was in walking distance to some resturants which was a good thing, cause their so called breakfast actually consisted of bread (the toasters didn't work) and some very stale doughnuts.

The Apple Barn Resteraunt in Sevierville, was absolutely wonderful. The Apple Fritters are to die for and they make their own Apple Butter that is really yummy too. They also have some stores to go through after you eat, it is a good thing, cause you will need to walk off all the food you eat there. A Great Find!!!!

The desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room they sent us too was not clean. They put us in another room. The next day the cleaning staff came to the door and handed my wife some more towels. The sheets were thin. It was a good price but left much to be desired.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!
My wife and I renewed our vowells and wanted to get away for an evening. I booked thru [...], had conformation in hand. We arrived around 1pm on Sunday to find a front desk clerk very rude! She stated they had a full house the night before and WOULD NOT have any rooms avalible until 4. We ran around town until 4 when we arrived we came to find about 9 different ppl waiting in line she most of told them the same story. Once it was our turn she said she didnt have us booked and we needed to call [...]because it was there problem not hers. I got [...]on the phone and my reservation in hand went back in to talk to her. She let me know that my conformation didnt matter she didnt have us booked. [...] 45 minutes later I finally got a room. Our conformation stated we wanted a king size bed... well we got 2 double beds! By this time it was late in the evening and the sun was starting to go down. We didn't have time to go swim due to all the problems we had in checking in. Sunday morning we got up and headed home once home I noticed I left my insurance card fire department id there. I called to tell the desk clerk what had happen and ask just to drop them in the mail. She stated she didnt know if my cards was in there I would need to call back later to check after housekeeping cleaned. I called several times and no one would answer. The next day I called and spoke to someone who was rude once again who let me know they did find them and has mailed them out. Today I recieved in the mail my cards... which was mailed out overnight certified charge for $10.64 which I had to pay! I have no clue why anyone in the right mind would send out some id cards overnight regular mail would have worked! I am very upset and will tell everyone I know not to stay at days inn in Pigeon Forge. I would like someone to call me back. I can't believe your company would allow jerks to work for you!ThanKs Jason

Days Inn Pigeon Forge Tn
We arrived at Days Inn for check in at 1 am. The office door was locked. There was a sign on the door saying to ring the doorbell for assistance. We rang the bell 3 times before anyone came to the door. Check in was fast. Our paperwork was already printed out and waiting for us. Staff was courteous, but not overly friendly. The room was pretty clean. The only problem I had with the cleanliness was the bathroom door. There were smudges of something all over the bottom of the door. I don't really want to speculate on what it was. The beds were very comfortable, except the pillows, which were flat. The tv worked, but for some reason it was hard to get it to turn on. The room looked like any average hotel room. We had no heat most of the night because the electricity kept going off and coming back on. Each time it went off or came back on it made such a loud noise that it woke us up. It rained all night so I assume that is why we kept losing our electricity.

Poor service
We stayed in this hotel in 2008 and had a very nice stay. However, this stay was awful. The room was not cleaned properly. There was trash still on the floor beside the bed and behind the nightstand. The bathroom was moldy. The towels and bath cloths appeared to be dingy. The floor next to the bed was soaking wet. Wireless internet was not available on the 1st night for me. We were placed in a room under the outside stairwell. This room apparently had been added onto the end of the hotel. When I tried to complain, the attendant didn't answer. When I went to front desk there was a line of about 10 people waiting to check in so I didn't get to complain then. I went the next day and the attendant was very adamant that he was "only a desk clerk" and couldn't help me with the internet. After his attitude, I decided it was not even worth getting into the fact that the room was not cleaned properly, the floor wet, etc. Will not stay there again.

Eat at the Alamo Steakhouse on the Parkway. Steaks so tender you can cut them with your fork. Somewhat pricey, but worth the money.
