Birthday get away

It was a great value for the money I paid. The room was clean and orderly. The only thing I could say that was missing would be an iron. When we first checked in there was a problem with the room as they had given my room to someone else that had a name very similar to mine, but they quickly fixed the problem and I still received the type of room i had reserved. I will not hesitate to make plans to return to the Creekstone Inn.

You have to go to the Comedy Barn. And you might want to skip the Murder Mystery Dinner Theater.

Liked it's location the most - secluded if you will. Located just off the main road but yet close to everything. While it's an older hotel the rooms were clean and adequate. Staff was very helpful- Thanks

Great room and Great price

The room was larger than I thought it would be for the price. The beds were clean and comfy and the view of the river was beautiful. The ducks were entertaining and we were not bothered by neighbors. Will def stay here again!

modest but great location

Wifi signal is pretty poor. tv looks to be 20+ years old. if you are coming to the smokies and just need a place to sleep this is ok, but if you want a roon that also serves as an entertainment in itself, you will be disappointed. the biggwat benefit is the price and location. it is just off the strip in pigeon forge. staying here makes it easy to go see all the sights in the area. breakfast is a minimal continental so go elsewhere...ihop is real close by.

Great Stay for the price!

The room was very clean and the staff was very polite! The only issue we had was the large TV in the room. It didn't work well and had alot of static. Luckily we had brought the kids Christmas gifts to wrap on our shopping trip and had a TV with us. The room was spacious bathroom was on the small side. The beds were comfortable and it was a very quiet location! We slept great! We will definitely be returning in the future!

Overrated on Internet

Not what internet makes it out to be. At first a big disappointment then get use to it. Old hotel with no extras. Breakfast served in a hotel room on 2nd floor. No lobby. Could use an update in decor, tvs, rooms. Elevator very slow. Our room on 5th floor. Limited Parking.

Enjoyable vacation

We have stayed at Creekstone previously-so we wanted to stay there again. We didnt get to tube last time, so we planned it this time. The innertubes were provided upon request. Since I had selected the wrong size, I had to exchange it. But, no problem-a few minutes later, I was back in the water. When we returned the tubes, we requested a hair dryer. Five minutes after we returned to our room, the dryer was delivered to our room. The location of Creekstone was great-walking to our pancake house was just a few minutes away. Our room was located next to the continental breakfast room-very convenient. Sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks in the creek and feeling the cool mountain breeze was very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful---especially Dixiana and Cathi. We will be staying at Creekstone next time we vacation in Pigeon Forge.

Use the trolleys--when going to Gatlinburg--hard to find a park and it costs too.
