needs updating

the room was very clean, the lighting in the rooms was not that great, one bathroom for 4 people was not enough and the bathroom was very small. we had daily room service but the persons that came to clean our room did not get there until 3:00 in the afternooon which i found very inconvenient considering most people are going back to there room at that time to get ready for dinner, only has one elevator to accomodate several people which was a downside

Sorry to say, Disappointed

The room was musky, too small, comode kept stopping up for no reason, too small to put a trash basket in. Had to leave the door open, couldnt hardly close it bumped the comode. The beds were hard and covered in old blanket and comforter, did not use, brought my own, Could really use an updating. The best thing was the Little Pigeon River running beside it.

Wedding/Honeymoon Getaway

Got to the hotel a couple hours early and was able to check in with no problem. The staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were a decent size, couldn't complain at all. We had a beautiful view of the creek, even more beautiful was the sun rise and the glistening of the creek.

away from congestion

after driving thru all the congestion of Pigeon Forge on the way to the smoky mts. NP we appreciated the location of the hotel. We found it quite nice to be across the river from a campground, it made it feel less congested and the smells of campfires were enjoyed. Our room was old, very uncomfortable mattress, with a bathroom you had to back into and then straddle the toilet to be able to close the door. Free breakfast was a joke you could have frosted flakes or mini donuts, or use a coupon at local pancake house (45min wait for 2 people) for $1 off regular priced breakfast.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay!

The room was nice and clean! Was a big size room, had everything we needed. Put out the do not disturbe sign on the door so the housekeeping just tied a bag of everything we needed for that day without having to go hunt them down to get extra towels, cups, coffee, toilet paper ect. that was great! Also the quiteness from being right off the main road was wonderful! Thanks for a wonderful stay, would love to come back but money want allow us! Sissy, Jonesborough tn.

Great location and readily accessible to Pigeon Forge and Gatlingburg

I was disappointed to find that the sheets were never changed nor was the floor vacuumed or furniture dusted during our 4 day stay. The towels were only changed daily and that was on our request. The 2 beds were divided by the bathroom and sink which was idea as it gave us some privacy. Overall, it was find and fit our needs. It was in quiet location, one block off the main drag and overlook the creek and RV campground and was picturesque. I would stay there again.

Surprise

The Creek side room was pleasant and quite a surprise. Very tranquil setting. Martin and Jenn were eagerly helpful. Proximity to Dixie stampede was an added benefit.
