Inexpensive, but I will not go back.

Bathroom walls had mold and sink was dirty. Breakfast was only a box of donuts and a pot of coffee in the lobby. Towels were small and threadbare. At checkout there was a sign that said attendant will be back in 30 minutes. The beds were comfortable though. I checked the mattress for bedbugs and they looked clean and new.

Park it and forget it!

Location is great. Walking distance from breakfast and dinner spots. Trolley stops right in front of hotel office and takes you everywhere in Pigeon Forge and even into Gatlinburg. Park the car when you arrive and don't get back in until time to go home. Also 1-stoplight from Dollywood Ln.

Great Location

The staff at the hotel were very nice. They solved any issues we had very quickly. The location of the hotel was GREAT. It was in walking distance of many restrauants and activities. The outer part of the hotel looked older but remodeling was going on to improve it. The inside of the rooms were very clean.
