Central Pigeon Forge hotel with indoor and outdoor heated pools
The Best Western Plaza Inn is centrally located in Pigeon Forge near Dollywood and its Dixie Stampede dinner theater. Guests can choose from a large variety of rooms -- including rooms with mountain views, seasonal fireplaces, a whirlpool bath and private balconies. Pigeon Forge perfection
Couldn't have been more pleased; the room was clean, spacious, and well appointed and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Not good for the price...and maybe even if it was free
- Fridge compressor was making a very loud noise everytime five minutes - The bottom part of the toilet was stained with old s... - Hot water would come and go while I was taking a shower (impossible to leave kids unattended during shower, as it would get very hot and/or very cold) - I was suppose to stay 3 nights and left after the 1st

Weekend with the kids
I know that I checked in kinda late, but the night shift staff was so nice and friendly. They kindly explained to me when the pool opened and closed, and when the breakfast hours were since its been awhile since I stayed at this hotel. And since its been awhile, I was shocked to see that the decor had changed. And in a good was.

Short walk from hotel
Get your tickets for The Dixie Stamped the night before so that you can get the better sits. And plus you only have to walk across the parking lot.

great weekend stay
we really enjoyed the stay here! cheap for a weekend get away. very close to everything. right in between Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. we had 2 rooms, one was an upgrade with a fireplace and jetted tub. very nice. staff was nice when we checked in. breakfast was really good. will definitely stay again!
