Shabby, questionable

While the staff was quite friendly, they are shackled by the limitations of management. Hotel is shabby, overall. Our room was questionable. The carpet in our room was damp (and remained so), with a large missing patch in the middle of the room. Our bathroom smelled of urine, and we found items in the closets which had been clearly left behind by other guests. Hallway carpets were grubby and stained, overall, the owners/management not concerned about minimal levels of upkeep for this facility.

Not the best hotel for the price

We stayed one night at the hotel. The benefits of this hotel is that it has a GREAT location. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. The down-side was that the rooms are very out-dated. I expected that the master bedroom would have the bathroom attached and instead the 2 queen bedroom had the attached bathroom. The kitchen is VERY small. For the same price we stayed at a MUCH NICER room in downtown Gatlinburg and had more amenities. Would not rent there again.

Time-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

The hotel is a short walk from restaurants and things to do. It sits on a by-pass road so you do not have to drive the main road (very heavy traffic) unless you want to.

Outdated hotel overpriced for what it is

The hotel was fine...quiet, staff was pleasant, but the decor, furniture and amenities had not been updated in a LONG time. This would have been fine(and perhaps expected) if I had paid a super low per night rate, but at the price I paid, I was very disappointed. The towels were paper thin, sheets not soft, pillows uncomfortable, furniture very old. And the breakfast buffet was average

Good Location in Pigeon Forge

While this is a great location in Pigeon Forge there are some things about this place that needs updated. For Example: the pool floor and hot tub needs to be smoothed out. They are very rough and both of my daughters cut their toes while playing in the pool. There is a set of stairs going to one of the parking lots that really need to be reconstructed. My 3 yr old daughter fell down them because a she tripped on a piece of the step that was breaking off. As for the free breakfast was great and the rooms are nice. But in my opinion the hotel really needs to update some items to conted with other locations.

Good for the price

We stayed in a one bedroom suite that has a small kitchen with microwave and full-size refrig, a vanity with a single sink outside the bathroom. It is clean but look old! Both beds were firm enough, but nto too hard. Used the sofa bed only once as it's not that comfortable and noise came through the hallway all the time. Our room was very close to the exit door and you can see the door slammed close every time someone leaves the building. After a while, we got used to it, but it is very annoying if you are a light sleeper. Asked for a room with mountain view initially and was declined. Breakfast was OK if you really need something to eat. The cook to order omelete is nice, but only has cheese, ham, green peppers and onions as options. No bacon or sausage. Banana is the only fruit offered during our stay. Very noisy heating and cooling units. It's good for its price, but you may be able to find a bette deal somewhere else in town.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Found some interesting stores with pottery stores, art galleries, and other local interests with a half-mile walk along the creek to the Old Mill. Short walk to a lot of eateries close by.

Location and Breakfast was great!

The location to Dollywood was just down the street. It was great having a refrigerater and microwave. We like to take some food so we don't have to eat out for every meal. We could not cook anything with the stove, there was no cookware. Just remember to bring your own plates, utensils, cups, pots(anything you need to eat with). The Free Breakfast was very nice also. The made to order omlets were eggcelent! We made our own belgian waffles and few other items to choose from. The room was pretty clean except for the bath tub. It had mold around the edge and you need instructions to turn on the water. We enjoyed our time at the All Seasons and will probably stay there again.

Needs major updating. OK value for room

Staff was friendly. When first arrived, the odor of an old building masked by cheap cleaner was literally breath taking. Needless to say, the whole facility had this same odor, stronger in the halls then the rooms, but still there. Light was out in bathroom, but called front desk and replaced quickly. The rooms were good size. ALL of the furnishings were VERY worn, outdated and uncomfortable. The bed was hard and the covers were balled, worn, yet once you closed your eyes it was ok. The Kitchen area was great if you planned on cooking in. Full size refrigerator and dishwasher, assuming you bring dishes to wash-lol. None supplied, so sort of pointless. Grocery store near by, but tax is 10.5%, so if you can bring a cooler stocked and snacks, your best option. We will not be staying here again, but I can see how it would be a good option for a Family of 6+ traveling with kids. Kids were everywhere at this Hotel too. They try to lure with the Breakfast, but by far not something to bring us back. It was the same thing weekday/weekend and the quality was poor. The Omelet was the only possibly healthy item offered, everything else was very poor pastry or sweet cereal. Coffee was very weak. The dining chairs were stained/dirty and left you wondering if you really wanted to sit down. There are nicer places to stay in the area that are overall more comforting, updated and cleaner. Value is for the room size only, as the price with condition, does not really make it a great deal. This hotel is no longer a Ramada, yet privately owned and they could really put some money into their investment.

Close to Dollywood

This hotel has several wonderful qualities. The staff was very kind and the continental breakfast was excellent. Omelets are cooked to order. We had a few problems with the room itself. There was only a pull put couch provided to sit on in the tv room. It was not comfortable. There was a broken plug behind the bed causing the bedlights to go off and on. A electrical closet had a broken lock which could have been dangerous for a family with children. A general updating of the room would make the place one I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
