Super 8 Nashville/ Dntn/ Opryland Area

took half hour for someone to open the door to check in had two rooms from here first room none of the outlet plugs worked only on light worked floor was nasty room two if u took your shoes off your feet stuck to the carpet both beds had blood stained sheets i did not stay here so that was a nightmare.

BUGS IN LIGHT FIXTURES, LEAKY TOILET, MOLD IN SHOWER HEAD AND IN TUB RIM, MICROWAVE SETTING IN A CHAIR, SMOKE DETECTOR DISCONNECTED AND JUST PLAIN OLD DIRTY.

This is the first hotel in which I have not wanted to sleep on their sheets. In fact we slept on top of the cover with a blanket from home. The carpets were so dirty that my grandson's socks were black on the bottom from walking on the floor. The toilet broke and the clerk offered my son-in-law a plunger to fix it. It was not stopped up the handle would not work. The clerk finally came and fixed it. The breakfast was a joke. Cereal with no milk and that was about all they had. If I had not prepaid for the rooms we would have moved to another hotel. I will never stay at a Super 8 again. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

We arrived on Nashville at about 8:30pm, when we got there to check in the pool was already closed, it stated it was suppose to be open till 11pm. When we got to our room, part of our lamps were missing lamp shades, the TV remote didn't work, the fridge was unplugged so i had to buy ice to keep my daughters formula cold. Worst of all, when i went to use the rest room, the toilet was unclean and there was a pair of dirty socks hung on a hook on the wall!! When i went down stairs to complain to management, he said he would try to switch me rooms in a few hours!! Checked out 30 minutes, after we checked in. The Days Inn next door was very clean and a comfortable stay. I called orbitz after I checked out and they said that it was up to Super 8 to give us a refund Super 8 refused. I called Super 8 corporate, and they said that they will call Orbitz on Monday and get the problem resolved. If this matter is not resolved I will never do business with orbitz or Super 8 again!!

In the first room the toilet was leaking when you flushed it. The manager had to come up and see it for himself and then when he was going to give me another room his wife had to see it for herself. In the second room there was no clock radio and was very dirt. I really don't think they know how to clean the rooms. There was a peice of clothing behind the dresser along with wrapers. There was mold in the shower. I Will Not be back.

It was good price. I would vistit this hotel again.

Upon check-in, the hotel gave me a room that already had an occupant. Can you imagine the horror for myself & the other guest? It was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will i ever stay there again.
