Really Really Bab Service and Totally Over rated

I used the valet service and called to get my vehicle at around 9:05 was told over the phone it would take about 5 min well i get down stairs and had to wait another 10 min and i went to find a manager but i was shrugged off like it was nothing .....needless to say that after 4 different people came to ask me about me vehicle it took 40 min to retrieve it and the next morning i saw why the valets had damaged my suv and no one said anything at all I filed a claim and i have called the hotel but no one has taken the time to return my call

Just Average, nothing special

The hotel was nice, but didn't stand out in any way. You had to pay for wifi in your room, which I thought was odd, and the rooms were really loud. All night long we were kept up by the sound of door slamming. Put a damper on that thing, you know? The other guests were also kind of rowdy, I don't know, maybe there was something going on we didn't know about. I thought for the price, and hte name, it would have been nicer.

I will say, this hotel is very close to the main bar strip (probably responsible for the rowdy guests!) and we could walk to several museums and eateries.

great location

Really enjoyed our stay . The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was a little warm, but we were out until late so did not complain, so can't say if the problem would have been corrected. The room never was really cool. The location was great for the downtown events we planned to attend, but the price was a little high since it didn't even have a refrigerator. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

awesome location

The staff was friendly, the room was fine, the view was great, but the location of this motel was outstanding. We were headed to events at the Bridgestone Arena. We were about 2 blocks away. After being in town for a couple days we found that we were within about 6 blocks of everything we wanted to see in Downtown Nashville. I wish that wireless internet was free so that we could research downtown venues before walking to them. We always felt safe.

Great location and price.

The location is right in the middle of town and in easy walking to everything. The room rate was less than the hotel's lowest rate.

Hockey fan's Fast trip

This was a very nice hotel conveniently located near the Arena and Music row. Did not have to walk up a hill 4 blocks to get anywhere, which was a major factor. The room was nice & comfortable, the bathroom average, everything very clean. There was plenty of hot water and pressure for decent showers in spite of the the fact that the valve only diverted half of the water to the showerhead in our room. It would have been nice if you could have checked out via the TV like I've done before at Marriott, The Sheraton & in Vegas, especially as we had to leave so very early due to a personal scheduling glitch. I would stay here again the next time we travel to to see a hockey game. Wasn't there to spend time in the room or to conduct business so the lack of free internet access was irrelevant.

Very Close to Broadway Strip

Location is ideal and right off the Broadway strip, thats why we stay here. Great entertainment on the strip - food, music, good time. Hotel rooms are a bit outdated for $200+/night. Air was very dry and bathroom toilet handle was broke. Room service is decent, however price is very high.
