Remodeled in 2010 and located less than 4 miles from Downtown Nashville. This family owned hotel in Nashville provides large rooms and suites to provide a comfortable stay while visiting Nashville’s Music city. The Regency Inn & Suites is conveniently located right off of Interstate 65, near some of Nashville’s largest area attractions such as the Opry Entertainment Complex; including the Grand Ole Opry House, Acuff theatre, Opry Museum and the Opry Plaza. Never Again

We got into the room and the bed was smaller than expected. There was a sheet stuffed in the open mini fridge that was soaking wet. The fridge didn't work. There was a blood stain on our sheets. The building overall was older, not as well kept as I expected, and I will not be returning. The staff was courteous and changed the sheets on the bed. The lady at the front desk brought a man with her to our room who had no shoes on, his shirt unbuttoned to his belly, and looked homeless. Don't know if he worked there or not. I felt we should have gotten our money back on the room, or at least half of it.

It's was what I expected.

We arrived at the hotel and it was pretty much in the hood. The lady charged us 20 extra dollars for 1 more person to stay in the room for 1 night. She was not very kind with us. There were many fast food restaurants around which was good. The people there were kinda sketchy though.

Went for a weekend to the SEC tournament, stayed here for price, convenience and distance to Arena. Arrived late at night to noisy doors slamming all hours of the night also the noise from the interstate. This continued every night. The rooms where very run down, wood was peeling off the doors, carpet was torn and patched, tile in bathroom was busted. There was a roach climbing the wall on the last night we stayed. The shower head sprayed everywhere and you couln't adjust the water temperature, it was either cold or extremely hot. For anyone with children, I will warn you, there is an adult night club right behind the hotel.
