Worth the price - but if you're looking for lux, keep looking.
This was the third time I've stayed at the Red Roof Inn on Claridge in Nashville. Yes, the beds are hard and the walls are thin, but the staff is friendly, the room was clean, and for a weekend, there was Not much noise nor commotion outside. Even though it's near the airport, I have not noticed any flight noise through the night.. It's also a great location to maneuver easily to local venues around Nashville. So if you want to stay in Nashville for a low price and get around easily, and can sleep on a hard bed... this is the place to do it.

Downtown Nashville - Jack's BBQ - So Good! Plan on spending $20 to park if you go downtown, so check out the area while you're there and make it worth your money.

Our second stay
Just as we found last year, the Red Roof Inn Airport is clean, handy (close to the Interstate), and pet-friendly, with a warm, accommodating staff, reasonable rates, and excellent free wifi. There are restaurants, stores, and mini-marts close enough to walk to, as well as a non-commercial area adjacent to the hotel, which provides a nice safe place for dog-walking. The hotel has lots of parking space. I would not stay anywhere else when stopping over in Nashville.

Nashville Airport
The location is excellent. Many restaurants and gas stations are located in the same area, and the airport is about 1 mile away. The breakfast exceeds the usual continental breakfast.

Less than expected
Dirty, last persons coffee filter still in place, sheets appeared as if slept in, room so strong with fragrance that I had to leave for a while and leave the window open. meant i had to carry my luggage with me.

Gave me a smoking room and I did not want one. Smelled very bad. No coffee in the room and the coffee maker at the front desk was broken. No amenities at all.

Exceptional Value & Service
We were tired and cranky, yet we were greeted with a smile and kind words. We arrived around midnight, so it was comforting to us to see that the hotel had a security guard. He too greeted us w/a smile and opened the door for us. Designer coffee machine in lobby was a definite plus. The room was clean and well lit. The wi-fi internet worked great. The beds were the best; good and firm, the way we like them. The only thing that I missed was having a hair dryer. We will definitely stay at the Red Roof Inn again.

Great location for the price
This was our second stay at this motel, we stayed there about 5 years ago. The service and room quality on the second trip was like the first.
