Titans Gameday
Read the fine print when booking to see that the hotel does charge an "event fee" for parking, but notice that it doesn't tell you an amount. Make sure to call in advance and ask about the additional parking charge. Ours was $40, and you even have to pay that if you bring your car to the hotel AFTER the game. I was able to park overnight across the river for $17 and do a little bit of walking. Other than that, the hotel was fairly ordinary. Nothing too special, but nothing to be concerned about.

Great for game / night(s) out
Don't listen to the haters that complain about everything... Anyways, I came to Nashville to see a football game and go out on the town. The stadium was right across the street, and the the downtown area was a 15 minute walk, perfect. The room was great, everything I expected from a hotel chain (clean, staff was very helpful, A/C worked great). And the short walk to the downtown area saved me money because I didn't have to pay for a taxi. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in a great, clean and friendly city. If you are deciding to attend a game and go out on the town, snag this specific hotel. You will be very happy.

Short walk from hotel
Go see a football game if you have the opportunity! Even if you aren't a fan of the teams playing, it's a great inexpensive time and the atmosphere is great.

Great hotel, slightly noisy on the weekends
The hotel is in a perfetct location, walking distance from the Broadway strip, and perfectly priced for my needs. I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and the rooms are clean and staff is as helpfull as can be. The only issue we had this time around was with noisy guests. Both friday and saturday nights there were several guests in the pool at 3 am. Super cool that the pool is attatched and enclosed, BUT theres no way to keep the slightly inebriated guests from waking the rest of the building.

They're trying!
You can tell that this hotel is in the process of updating and improving. The gentleman who was working the front desk the late afternoon I checked in couldn't have been more unapologetic-ally RUDE. He couldn't even muster up a "welcome to Nashville". The obviously from out of town questions were not beyond a locals ability to answer, let alone a person running the front desk of a hotel. Luckily they had a night desk person who was excellent. I noticed when reading reviews of this hotel the mention of red rusty water, well I had that too on Friday night, but it was gone early Saturday morning. Nicely remodeled room and bath. Let's just say "they're trying"!

Nightlife tip:
Long walk from hotel
You can't beat the club scene in downtown Nashville and if I had chose I couldn't have taken the pedestrian bridge but chose rather to cab it. A couple of people had suggested it to be a somewhat unsafe walk if you're alone.

Open checking in I was told I needed to pay $40 for parking since there was a football game the next day. I had no idea of this charge, and my car wasn't parked in the lot during game day or time. The hotel was charging $50 for people going to the game to park in the hotel lot. I paid the fee, so my car was not towed. The bedroom was not good. there was a hole in the celing in the bathroom, from a leak. The yellow water dripped down the wall and onto our towels. I have pictures I am happy to send to you. I do not ever plan to stay at this hotel brand or your site for future travel purposes. I was very dissapointed in the hidden fees and condition of the room.

The first room that we checked into had a roach on the nightstand. They upgraded us to a larger room, seemed clean. The hotel is right next to LP field, which is pretty cool. Very near all of the downtown nightlife.

$100.00 hold on cc
Everything was great until...Because the Tn Titians was playing across the parking lot, they say they are going to charge me $40.00 for parking. They put a $100.00 hold on my credit card. I thought that parking is included with booking. I did not have a ticket to the game and was not there to go to the game. What's up.. They still have a hold on my card.
