ALL THAT AND MORE
The hotel was more than awesome. I had seen previous negative reviews and decided to give the hotel a try anyway and it was more than i expected and the staff was over friendly. The rooms was nice and clean and the breakfast had alot of "hot" items I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

After seeing soo many complaints, I still gave this hotel a try. It was a good location. For the price paid, It was worth the stay and the staff is friendlier than I have seen. It is just right outside downtown. If you are looking for a good bargain right away from downtown, this is the place to be.

Still Tired from Travelling to Nastyvill
Hood Rats
Lots of nightime noise from what the hotel clerk calls "hood rats". The ones that cruise the main street by hotel with music THUMP-THUMP-THUMPPPING all hours of the night. We changed rooms and were close to the pool where it appeared one person probably rented a room and invited the rest of the friends, family and neighbors to come over for a pool party! Thank God the pool closed at 10 p.m. But that only increased the noise level inside the hotel where said pool partygoers carried on loudly, rudely and just as some black folks do, without any REGARD for others!!! We will stay away from Nastyville in the future.

Sante Fe Cattle Company...by far the most stupendous hickory grilled burgers ever! I hope they open one in Knoxville!

HORRIBLE
Overal horrible experince. Front desk clerk didnt speak english and was horrible to deal with. Front Lobby roof was leaking right in the middle where you had to stand to check in and out. Elevators got stuck 4 times that I know of the 2 days we were there. Carpet smelt horrible. Really just terrible run down hotel. NOT the hotel in the pictures above!!! The loctaion is HORRIBLE as well..

The unexpected
Immediately after booking with [...], I called the hotel to assure I had a ground floor, handycap accessible room, not once..but twice.I was assurd that, YES, I had that room reserved.Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that they did not have one on the first, and the only one was on the third floor.Upon leaving, I asked for a copy of my statement because of this being a business trip. I was told "No can do, this is a hotel copy only. you get somewhere else." I then asked if I could at least see the statement and was again told no.I asked him to at least tell me if there were any extra charges on the 'mysterious' statement and was told there were none.Upon arriving back home and checking my on-line bank, I found that they had immediately put a charge on my card the moment I checked in.I called the hotel to find out about the charge,but, again, no one seemed to know anything.Needless to say, this was a very frustrating experience and I do not intend to stay at that hotel again[...]

Loud air conditioner
Fan on air conditioner made a lound clanging noise. could not sleep wel because of this. maintenance staff was unable to repair problem.
