Anniversary Weekend

We made reservations[...]a few days in advance for a weekend visit for our anniversary. Arrived at the hotel and was ... impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the understated elegance of the lobby area, and an overall feeling that this hotel is here to SERVE me. We found our room, which was on the 8th floor located in a corner. What a great view of the skyline, sunset, and sunrise. Our bed was very comfortable and appointments provided were resort quality. Enjoyed sitting in the lounge watching football and upon conversing with the bartender, we found he was going to school to become a medical doctor. This exemplifies how competent, professional, courteous, and attentive the staff were.Would recommend and will stay again.

Great Escape,but Still Close to World

Came for a break and a pitstop on the way to another city. However our stay was so comfortable! The room was large, clean, ... many ammenities, such as extra pillows, small refrigerator, huge windows with great views and the food was superb! Stopped in the gift shop, It had great snacks, magazines and things you may have forgotten, as well as Starbucks. Down the street was the Opry Springs Mall, which was convenient for a movie and other shopping. The location right off the interstate was perfect. I will come back!

This is a great location close to everything that you will want to visit while in Nashville. You can drive or easily find a ... taxi to downtown Nashville and it's a quick trip to the Opry Mills Mall. With both an inside and outside pool, swimming is possible in any weather condition. Purchasing the breakfast buffet when booking your room is highly recommended.

Friendly service and great amenities

Only issue was a computer glich that they have when reservations are made via a travel service like Orbitz. Don't know all ... the technicalities, but it had something to do with the way the reservation codes are converted to the property. Even though I had a little wait to be able to check in, the front desk people were very professional, friendly and apologetic.

I love the hotel and the customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I love that they have breakfast buffet especially ... when traveling with kids. Great that they have a starbucks. The location is great, very close to the mall and the other attractions. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

The restaurant was excellent, and the value was very appreciated (free breakfast included with hotel stay.) Central location ... made it very convenient to Opryland, shopping, and downtown. We would definitely stay here again if a comparable deal was offered.

I was very surprised that the Nashville Airport Marriott, Nashville, Tennessee did not have free high speed Intenet access. ... This was very disappointing, because most chain hotels do offer this service. In addition, I was also charged for dial up Internet service, via an 800 phone number. In the future, I will only stay at a hotel that has free high speed Internet service.

Quick relaxing visit

We arrived early just wanting to lay around the pool for a couple of hours before check in but upon arrival we were able to ... check in at 11:00 with no extra charge. Room and bathroom could use some updating or renovating but it was okay for just one night. The pool area was nice and relaxing with different levels to lounge in away from the pool and kids if you didn't want that noise. The only complaint was the internet access was very expensive $15/day. We will stay here again though because of the convenience.

Wonderful stay. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the employees located in the front lobby. They were ... awesome. Very friendly, courteous, and went out there way to make sure we were comfortable. Also, they were very knowledgable offering me informaton regarding tours and places to see around Nashville. My only suggestion would be dining at the hotel. Again, staff was wonderful. Breakfast entries were okay. Lunch and Dinner, not so good. Food was bland and not much of a great selection; however, staff was very courteous. Some selections were not very appealing. Therefore, we mainly stuck with room service. The food selection for room service was not to great for the resonable priced meals; however, the prices were outrageous if we wanted to upgrade to something that was more filling. Very disappointed. Because of the wonderful staff at the Marriott, we would definitely stay with this hotel again when we return back to Nashville.

I love the location because it is very convenient to ... the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills, Downtown Nashville, the Airport, and Music Row. The Marriott brand ensures quality, safety, and cleanliness each and every stay. The staff is always helpful and friendly. And, weekend stays mean lower rates and less traffic.

My husband and I just completed a cross-country trip. We stayed at several hotels along the way. The Marriott Nashville ... Airport was by far the best! The beds and bedding was amazing! And we got a great deal on the room! Very classy. The hotel staff was extremely helpful as well. It was the best night of the trip!
