M-Star Hotel Nashville Airport

We stayed here the night before Bonnaroo and wanted to visit Nashville. Pretty close to downtown which was nice. Room is very simple, no clocks, refrigerator, or hair dryer, pool was empty. Way cleaner than I expected for the price. Great place when you just need a spot to sleep. Would definitely stay there again. Can't emphasize enough how much cleaner it was than many other hotels for that price. Pleasantly surprised.

Lack of several promised amenities Free coffee was undrinkable

The bed was a plastic mattress like found in a dorm room, and the sheets had cigarette burn holes in them (even though it was a no smoking room. You had to check in through a bullet proof window. Not the safest looking place in the world.

shower didnt spray one constant stream an you could not adjust it an no stopper for tub .tv didnt work covered in wax the first night worked rest of time wax on screen still . no do not disturb signs .toilet handle came loose had to hold it in place to use

we were picking our daughter up from the airport sundsy morning. we are from owensboro ky. so we spent the night in nashville and this motel was conveniently located to the airport. would definatly stay there again

This hotel delivers very good value!! For the amount they charge, you (the consumer) are getting a very good deal. This hotel is not expensive at all. Yet it is not cheap and dumpy. All in all, the value is very good for this hotel.

motel was clean and smelled fresh. lots of restaurants within walking distance. rooms small but perfect for 1 or 2 persons with no children. Only complaint was no microwave or refrigerators in rooms. Overall stay was very comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were all very nice. I checked out the first room they had assigned us and found that the toilet leaked from the base when flushed. It also had a smell according to the friend I brought. I went to the front desk and reported this and she moved us rooms without a problem amd our new room was fine. The airport is really near but I did not hear the planes (but I sleep next to a small travel fan so that might have helped). I like the pizza number on the key so I did not have to look for it. There was a dead bug under the wash cloth by the sink but I just dusted him off into the garbage and did not use that washcloth. I was looking for a good price and I think that is what I got. Was pleasantly suprised by the staff!

The friendliest welcome from a front desk clerk, a warm genuine smile. Made my day. It didn't hurt that she was drop dead gorgeous as well.

Hotel is located under the takeoff/approach path to Nashville Airport, so you may experience aircraft noise. After turning on my room airconditioner, it blocked out the noise. Room was clean, but the paint was peeling off the wall in the shower/toilet room. There is a major renovation going on at the hotel, so dont expect to sleep late in the morning. Would have been nice to have clock radio in the room. Only thing I had to keep time was my watch. Wake up call was on time. Great Chinese buffet restaurant about 200 yds from the restaurant, only $ 4.95 per person!
