Hotel Preston

This hotel was nice for the price. Felt fancy without the fancy price. Staff was helpful and the building was clean. It wasn't close to any eating or shopping establishments. You had to plan ahead. Overall we had a great time. Would defineately return

The staff was very nice ... the room was comfortable ... and we were close to great shopping and 15 or 20 minutes from downtown Nashville! What more could you ask for? We will stay here again. No complaints!

Staff friendly, room clean, restaurant OK (only had breakfast). It's not a destination resort, it's a nice place to sleep. It's very convenient to BNA and only a few minutes from downtown.

I booked this hotel based solely on reviews from a recommending website. Since the more recent reviews were high, I decided to give it a try. Everything about this hotel was exceptional! From the lobby area, staff, to the room itself, the entire feel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable with was a big plus. I recommended!

The price, pictures and reviews sold me on booking the hotel. The location was pretty good as it was about 5 miles or less,to any tourist attraction you could want. The staff at check-in was very helpful. I liked that the Pink Slip lounge was considered kid-friendly since I had my 4 yr old with me. The room was ok, but nothing special. Maybe it was the bathrooms with no exhaust fans or the air conditioning unit, but everything seemed damp...especially bags that I set on the floor across the room from the AC. For the price it was good and seemed clean enough. The garbage can in the room had trash in it when we arrived, so I'm not sure how clean.

Our experience was decent. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient and close to many tourist attractions. I was somewhat disappointed in the actual features of the hotel versus the features of the online hotel pictures. The actual hotel did not meet my expectations of what I saw on the hotel website.

The peope were nice, they accomadate for pets on a specific floor, and they were pleasantly informative. Plenty of parking spaces and it was very much beautiful. Although from what I could tell, everything was smoke-free, you can smell smoke everywhere. I found a lighter under my bed, which further exaggerates this. The hobby and, especially, floor 3 had that heavy-yet-old smell about it. I don't know if any of the other floors were the same.

Very nice, very comfortable. It took us a couple phone calls to get our towels and crib request delivered to the room. Very clean but one day house keeping didn't come and there was a sign on the door that we didn't put up. Food was great except the pizza. Over all I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk people were very kind and the beds felt amazing! I'd stay again. :-)

This hotel is essentially a motel 9 that has premiums shampoo. I have never seen a more poorly maintained hotel. Our room smelled and so did the hallway - similar to a motel 9. We were positioned above a bar in which our whole room would shake. I'm not some ritzy reviewer, I have stayed at Motel 9's before as well as 5 star resorts. Do not expect anything nice or well kept going into this hotel. This hotel attracts customers strictly by the price. Shoppers should be aware that this hotel is about a $25 cab ride from downtown Nashville.

Had a amazing time! Visited Nashville for the first tines great price. Nice pool a lil dirty though. room was awesome loved the elevators. Ice machine was out on our floor and was a little disappointed there wasn't a mini fridge. Over all nice place to stay. Would stay again!
