went to find a plate and found a cockroach running around cupboard. floor boards between beds were sinking in. thought i was going to meet the neighbors below us.

There were Hair all over the room, told the front desk, no attempt made by them to rectify the problem. Sub Standard property. Will never stay there again.

While I wish I was of the means to stay at a Ritz-Carlton, well... I'm not. I love the value of this place. The bed was uncomfortable and they don't provide daily room cleaning, but the kitchenette was a great feature.

We were touring locally ... easily found .. close to great shopping .... reasonable resturants close by ... Only negative was that they give you everything to make coffee EXCEPT the coffee. Do that and its a great place to stay!

We absolutely enjoyed staying here while visiting Nashville. I was apprehensive because of the cheap price because you usually get what you pay for, but I feel like we cheated them! There were 4 people in our room and we had plenty of room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed (a big closet, full kitchen with utensils included, large bathroom). It was a perfect location that was minutes from downtown, yet still very quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great deal.

I was attending a party at the Sheraton down the street. I have family in Murfreesboro and only got the room so that I would not have to drive back to Murfreesboro after my gathering. The room was just a "room". The bed felt like the floor. There was a bag of old food (meat) and a cup of ice (already made) in the freezer. which was extra offensive seeing as though I am a vegetarian. While getting muy things together to le4ave. I was checking the floor for any personal property and found there was a lighter under the bed. I don't smoke so who's lighter was that? I called to the office to ask what was the room cleaning procedure and the desk clerk acted as if i had asked her the sq root of 359,123. She never answered me about the cleaning process but wanted to know why I wanted to know. Needless to say I never got a call back which I figured i wouldn't.

I liked the option of having a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and freezor if I needed to store food or chill bottles of water for the hot days at the CMA Music Festival.

attend meetings at the conference center. there were empty condom wrappers, in the floor at the head of the bed, along with some other stuff i didn't know what was, and i wasn't about to investigate too closley. we asked for a non-ssmoking room,but recieved a smoking with all the benefits.

The staff was friendly and very prompt

I spent just one night at this hotel. My previous hotel experiences in Nashville have been positive. I wanted to go to Oprymills and was given printed directions when I asked for them. Automatically giving these directions would be helpful as well as a list of restaurants in the area.
