Very customer friendly

Staff was very accomadating. Offered a free shuttle to downtown entertainment district. They encouraged me to revisit their hotel. Room was very nice. Includes a restaurant, so it was easy to catch breakfast before heading out. On site parking for free is a big plus.

Close to Park and Vanderbilt University

We loved the location of the hotel being right across from the Park. We wanted to visit Vanderbilt University and it was a short walk away. Finally, we liked the short drive to downtown Nashville to see shows and take in the historical sites.

Awesome place to stay

This was an awesome place to stay and the staff was cool and hrlpful. We used the shuttle and went to a restaurant and it was very fast butbthe best part was the close proximity to everything on west end and downtown, best of both worlds. Parking was also a huge plus and it is across the street from the Parthenon/centenial park. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

My review of Holiday Inn Select NASHVILLE-VANDERBILT (DWTN)

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay, however, one evening I was in the Club and tried to get a menu to order some food. It took quite a while to get a menu, and then I was never waited on again. I waved the waitresses over but no one came to take my order. I finally left without eating that evening.
