Holiday Inn Express NASHVILLE AIRPORT

This hotel is as nice as any I have visited in the price range. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the best part was the cheerful, helpful and courteous staff.

24 Hr Shuttle service is convenient but, I did wait 25 minutes at midnight for them to arrive. Front Desk associate was very nice and professional. Hotel and rooms are older but, clean. They did remind me of college apartments where they seem to have been repaired by whoever stayed there last. The one thing that drove me crazy was the mattresses. They apparently have a plastic cover on the mattress that you can feel under the sheets. It's like having one of those foil emergency blankets underneath you, radiating heat back to you all night. For $122 (with taxes) a night, I hoped for a bit nicer. Overall, it seems safe and sufficient if you are only staying for a quick 6 hour sleep.

Hotel was good. Everything was as expected. good experience. Breakfast included.

Staff very freindly

I was in Nashville for a weekend. this hotel served my purpose perfectly. It is near the airport. Room was clean. I felt completely safe. Did not hear a sound and slept solidly on a good mattress. The free breakfast on Sunday morning was ready and had a larger variety than normal. I enjoyed the biscuit and gravy.

The room was great! Everthing was clean, the staff was very helpful and very friendly. The rooms were a great size. The location was very close to the airport - which was awesome when you have an early flight!

The check in staff gave me a room close to the door since I was traveling with an infant. No refrigerators in the rooms. Nothing else about this hotel was remarkable.

I cancelled the remainder of my stay today at the Holiday Inn Express at Nashville Airport for the following reasons. We checked in yesterday as scheduled and spent one night ...(we paid for 3 nights). Today four bus loads of teenagers checked in for an upcoming sport event. The conditions at the hotel were not acceptable at that point. The kids were unsupervised and running through the halls and stairs screaming and yelling. The elevators were packed with kids just riding up and down (some just sitting in the floor of the elevator). I understand that kids will be kids but Iam here on business and I cannot function nor sleep while the hotel attempts to deal with the mass amount of unsupervised children and teenagers.
