Family Break

This hotel was very good and the staff were incredibly helpful. My only criticism is that it was a bit of a trek to downtown, but on the upside the shuttle service was extremely good.

Graduation Days

The hotel was a perfect location for the Vanderbilt graduation festivities. The complimentary shuttle service was GREAT. The driver was extremely helpful and service provided could not have been better. The surprise wine and cheese provided to Vanderbilt parents was a pleasant addition to the stay. The rooms were large, clean and the microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffeepot a wonderful convenience. I would definitely stay here again. This hotel was quiet and no distraction marred the stay.

The hotel was bright, cheerful, clean. Staff super friendly. Nice shuttle deal. A 10 minute walk up the street to Vanderbilt. fitness room was ok. A fairly large indoor pool for a hotel, maybe 12-13 yards long. Dinner menu was good.

My stay was great, the staff was wonderful. The hotel room was big , clean and comfortable. The only negative was the fitness room that only has 3 pieces of equipment so working out over my 4 day stay was impossible due to over crowding.

Nice weekend getaway

The staff was wonderful! They were all so polite, helpful, and so very cheerful for the entire time I was there with my boyfriend! I definitely felt the Southern hospitality when we arrived. Every employee had a huge smile and said hello to us, wherever we were in the hotel. The bed kind of sunk in, in the middle which was the only downfall. 5 minute cab from all the action on Broadway. Close enough to all the fun bars, but far away enough that we didn't have to hear it when we went to sleep at night. We would go back if we had a different bed!
