Enjoy award-winning fare at Old Hickory Steakhouse Restaurant, housed inside the replica of an antebellum-style mansion, or unwind at Jack Daniel's Saloon, which tips its hat to Tennessee sipping whiskey. And no visit to Music City USA would be complete without a trip to the Grand Ole Opry, which is conveniently located right next door.

During my stay I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and night life that the Resort has to offer..This was (4) fun filled days and excitement. This Resort has it all for all ages....Great for families or just time alone with your loved one. Highly recommend!!

Convenient for Conferences

I recently stayed at the Gaylord Opryland for a conference at the same location. The conference facilities were wonderful, including food catered by the hotel. The check-in process took longer than it should have due to long lines and few people working at the counter. My room was clean overall other than a candy wrapper that was on the floor when I arrived. There are multiple stores and restaurants which makes this convenience. The checkout process was smooth and the airport shuttle was on-time and convenient, although pricey. The hotel is large and I would recommend wearing comfy shoes!

Great weekend gataway

Opryland Resort is very pleasant place. Stuff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was big and clean. Restaurants were average. Indoor and outdoor pools are suited just for kids not for adults. It is too small for such huge resort. Overall great place to spend weekend at. Downtown Nashville was great fun!

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Lots of great restaurants inside the hotel but expensive. The mall is located on the backside of the hotel within walking distance and has other great places to eat like johnny rockets and rainforest cafe.

Not worth the money

The resort was to large. It took us approx. 7 minutes to walk to the pool. We got turned around several times. It was by far the most expensive place I have ever stayed. Plus when we left they tacked on resort fees of $80 plus valet which was $120 total. On top of $530 for a 2 night stay in a standard queen room.

Great...once you finally get there!

The hotel is fabulous...it's the parking and actually getting to the room without Valet that was a bit silly if you ask me. The grounds are beautiful and huge, there's one self parking lot and limited ways to get to your room. It's like the hotel forces you to Valet...or pay the price by walking all over the place!
