Poor quality hotel at any price!

Vastly overbooked, they could not accommodate an 'early' check-in by an hour so that I could get freshened up for a meeting. This facility had no lobby, no public restrooms, and I had to go to the Hilton Garden Inn next door in order to get cleaned up. The Hilton, by the way, was very accommodating because I happen to be a Hilton HHonors member. This hotel had staff that could not speak English properly, and some of the clientele appeared very unsavory, hanging around outside their rooms late at night and in the parking lot, consuming large amounts of alcohol and leaving their empties overflowing the trash bins and outside their rooms, and also in the shrubbery on the hotel grounds. This was not at all typical of other Extended Stay hotels I've used in the past, and they should lose their affiliation with that chain as this property is substandard.

Money-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

If you are staying in the Nashville airport or downtown area, avoid this hotel and do yourself a big favor. Pay a little more and stay where there are at least basic amenities, and you will no doubt be among a less 'seedy' clientele.

I will not stay there again!!

I loved the location of the hotel. Checkin was easy. I asked for 2 extra pillows & they gave me one & I had to go & get it. Only 1 pack of coffee given during a 3 night stay. After you use that you have to buy a package from a vending machine for a $1.00. Staff was very, very rude & I felt very unwelcome.

7 miles from downtown Nashville. Perfect location for CMA Festival stay.

unclean

Beds was hard, tv was really small! Maybe 19 inch tv. Carpet was dirty. Room wasn't very clean.

broken down hotel

i had a guest next door for the week that was extreamly loud and rude and the hotel staff did nothing at all. It went on my whole stay. I asked to be movin to another room and nothing ever happened. the chair in the room was borken and the remote to the tv was in pices when i put it back togather it didnt even have bateries then there was no room service for 4 days unless you paied
