Okay Nashville, but not great

This hotel needs to get some much needed updates to keep up with ages, carpets need to get changed, much needed coat of fresh paint. The room that I was in the fan in the bathroom did not work and the AC unit did not stay on, so the room was a wave of temps all night long.

Economical Business Lodging

This is a solid, economical place to stay for business travelers. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and provided the speed we needed for email and web surfing. It is close to several good restaurants. I have stayed at this hotel three times over the past five years and had a pleasant stay each time. I will stay there again the next time I'm in Nashville.

DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

All 8 of us stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nites for a Juice Plus Conference. We managed to get in the room once then the door would not open, shower stall had hair in it also did the bathroom floor. I went to sit on the floor and there was a clump of black hair then got up to iron on the table because room was not furnished with iron board and the table was sticky. House keeping came quickly, Teresa was nice in getting us both into new rooms but Manger Gayle was not compassionate or seemed to care very much. The Computer system went down so we all moved rooms and had more problems. The next room had hand prints in the window. I would suggest not booking this room at all.

Should have did an upgrade.

Everything was pretty much so-so. With the exception of one very rude and lazy desk clerk, the rest of the staff were all very friendly and really nice. They all helped with answers and information. The rooms need updated electrical outlets and more of them.

ask locals where they like to eat and try the mom pop places, not the national chains.

Great Hotel for the price!

We were there for the CMA fest. The room was average size and for the money a little small. For the purpose of our trip the hotel was perfect. The employees were nice and friendly.

Unbeatable location for the price

The hotel was decent. However, the selling point was that it was very close to Opryland; as well as, places to eat and other sights to see.

Entertainment tip: Long walk from hotel

I was there to go to an event at the Grande Old Opry House. It was more than a short walk to the Grande Old Opery House; however, in the summer it would be a nice distance to walk.

Never Staying at a Days Inn Again!

-got in very late, required to chk in via small hole to pass ID through a bully proof window -door to get in was old, broken and not secure -no ice machine on our floor had to find one on another -when woke up found filthy towels hanging on shower rod -son was playing w/ a ball and lost it behind dresser. Pulled it out to get ball and found bag of disgusting substsnce that looked like urine and vomit -thouroughly disgusted-health department nededs to look at! -was terrified to try the breakfast so we left quickly and ate elsewhere -saw maid in hall with filthy cart that was yellow and torn up full of "clean" towels. MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I'VE EVER SEEN!!! And I paid over $100!!!!!
