Crossland Nashville - Airport - Briley Pkwy.

Nice and comfortable rooms. The bed was good and the room was clean. It has a kitchen with utensils if you want to cook. Also had a fridge and a microwave. Cable had Showtime/Showtime2 with good movies. No complimentary breakfast though. Overall a good stay.

When I arrived. I was put into a smoking room. No big deal. When I went to the room. They were doing work on the inside of the room. Went back to the office. Told them about the work. They said that room was not on the list for work. Then I was put into a non smoking room. Was told that I did not have to pay anything more. I think the 1 female there was the manager. She was not to happy about that. Since that I was staying less then a week. If I wanted new towels. I had to take the used 1's back to the office. Will not be staying at a hotel like that again. I will even drive afew mile's away at a better hotel. Plus the office was closed from 11 pm until 7 am.

I needed an inexpensive place to lay my head for the night. It was clean, safe, comfortable, easy, and cheap. I had a non-smoking room and it was perfect. Traveling by myself it was ideal. That said, if my wife and kids were with me, it would not have worked. It is what it is. And I really liked the almond scented soap.

Rooms were clean and the locks worked.

The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. The pillows were lumpy and the sheets all wrinkled, could not tell if they had been washed. Toilet paper wrapper on floor in bathroom. Old bedspread. Yes, there is a small fridge and stove, but do not expect that to equate with a larger room. It's small, perhaps smaller than a regular hotel room without a kitchenette. The clerk gave me a wireless access code, but I did not get a wireless signal for any network.

The hotel was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room served its purpose. Decent rooms for the price. The only thing I didn't like was that the walls are very thin so I had to sleep with the tv on so that I would hear the people on each side of me. Other then that, it was a decent experience.

Staff was friendly and the price was low, but sleeping here was like hanging in a smokehouse all night, and the heater was slightly less noisy than a jet engine.

Good hotel , clean , nice staff.. close to airport..

We checked in late, around midnight. The only staff member there was the very nice lady that cleans the rooms but unfortunately doesn't speak English well. Although, she tried her best, she took us to four rooms before we entered a clean one. She had to call a manager to walk her through the check in process, but it was difficult. I dont understand why they wouldn't have a staff member on duty who is capable of checking their guests in. We had to stand in the cold waiting to see if we were going to be checked into the room we paid for. News to this hotel: guests arrive at all hours! I would never stay at this hotel again.
