Mediocre

Lobby is welcoming but room itself is completely utilitarian without anymore warm feel. No frills at all: no 1 free bottled water, no in-room tea, bad in-room coffee, cheap and poorly designed hair dryer, poor vanity lighting, limited TV channels, and poorly positioned TV (to couch rather than to bed). Only plus is free shuttle within 3 mile radius , comfortable bed, free internet, ability to open window, and proximity to some good local flavor restaurants like Hattie's and Noshville.

Served the purpose of what we needed

The furniture in the room looked like it had not been dusted in quiet some time. My wife was in the restroom in the lobby and the cleaning guy walked in on her unannouced. The shuttle service was very slow the check in clerk ended up ordering us a taxi in which they paid for.

Perfect location for us

As we requested help and information the staff was awesome. Really helped us to learn about Nashville and what to see and do. I would definitely recommend this hotel. At first I thought the location was to far from the main part of town i.e. broadway and the honky tonks). Then we realized there was winners and losers a block away and the recording studios a few short blocks away. For us it was the ideal location.

Winners & Losers (from Toby Keith song) a block away. Recording studios a few blocks away. Great breakfast (the row) and inexpensive lunch/dinner (hatie b's) right next to the hotel

Birthday Excursion

Our first time to Nashville. We had a blast and the hotel was close enough to all the happening venues. The free shuttle was very convenient. Would stay there again.

Gotcha

Your basic and pretty average hotel room. Midtown Grill across the street is a great place to go for dinner. Got my bill in the morning and found a $17 charge for parking that was not made known at the time of reservation or check in. Buyer Beware

Reasonable Price; Excellent Staff

Modestly priced hotel by definition; hotel staff was consistently extremely helpful. The front desk staff that I interacted with in the early AM; late at night; mid day over the course of 3 days. The people at the Bistro; the bell guys. Genuinely friendly and helpful and a level of service I am used to at significantly pricier hotels. I was impressed.

Great hotel

I enjoyed this hotel very much. We got to check in early, the rooms were very nice, and the staff was great. I wish it would have been a little closer to all the downtown action, but there is a free hotel shuttle to downtown so that is great. My only negative would be that the water in the shower was not very warm.

Good Value

I would stay here again. The hotel is not located within walking distance of lower Broadway, but the hotel shuttle can get you there in a few minutes. A cab ride from here to downtown is less than $10. The hotel lobby appears to have been recently renovated. The staff was very helpful.
