Pretty Good
The rooms were clean and a good size, not cramped at all! The location was only a few minutes from the honky-tonk bars and Broadway street, but it's not on the main strip or anything. The breakfast was decent:eggs, bagels, cereal, biscuits, yogurt, toast and pastries and of course, coffee. The fitness center was really bad... the machines barely worked and the treadmill was extremely small! Overall, it was okay- not the best, but definitely not the worst!

Short drive from hotel
Kroger grocery is a short drive. Go on Demonbreun St. towards Music Row. Take roundabout to Division St. Head down Division St to 8th street- make a right on 8th street. Kroger is about 2 miles on the right hand side (just past Walgreens).

not a far walk to all downtown bars..
clean, inexpensive, friendly and helpful front desk. A very close walk to all the entertainment.

Disappointing and Dirty
Hotel staff were OK, but when asked for hair conditioner, indicated they discontinued. No stores close by, so I walked to the neighbor hotel and got some at the desk.. Room must have not been occupied for some time as there was a SIGNIFICANT layer of dust on everything. Found some old trash (bottle and paper) on the floor, and the carpet obviously had not been vacuumed in some time. Some type of crumbs and hair in one bed, so we slept on top. Older facility adapting by adding more layers of paint over the dirt. No frills and over-priced for what we received.

room cleanliness
The rooms needed deep down cleaning and the bathroom especially was not clean. The soap holder had layers of soap scum on it and it was black around the edges. The room was very noisy most of the night.

Nashville getaway
Nice hotel, nice location, very nice breakfast - especially the nice lady who set it up. However, there was construction (cement work) on the exterior hallways. We were not able to use the elevator at check-in to get to our room. The next night, it was the same thing. They were closed off and working on these walkways until almost 6 p.m.! Bathroom was small. Only one chair for the side table.
