worked good, last minute reservation
Last minute reservation when Nashville had flooding in May 2010. Flight got csancelled and needed a place close to airport to stay overnite.

Pleasantly surprised
My daughter and I came to Nashville for the country music marathon and did not know the area at all. It was very easy to get back and forworth to town. The price was great! The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The room had high quality linens. I will book again.

Excellent review! Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient (we had a rental car). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Our only complaint was smokers smoking in the pool area during the day time when children and non-smokers were also using the area. This area should also be smoke free.

Great place to stay!
The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was about 3 miles from the Opry which we enjoyed. Downtown Nashville is a short trip and there is transport available if you don't have a car. The free hot breakfasts were delicious as were the Manager's free drinks and snacks each night before dinner. The price was absolutely the best!! A really great place to stay and will definitely stay again and recommend it to others!! There was a bit of noise by doors banging but that's from inconsiderate guests - not the hotel's fault. It was easy to ignore with all the other great amenities they offered.

The desk personnel recommended the cafe across the street (in another hotel) and we thought it was very convenient since we didn't feel like travelling to eat one night. The food there was delicious and the staff very friendly.

Good location, but so-so
The toilet in our room was in need of replacement. The seat was stained yellow and you had to hold the handle down for it to flush. The breakfast area and food were in desperate need of better management. The salt shaker had ants in it and the food was hardly edible. However, it is located was right off the highway and close to a great restaurant.

Our stay here was excellant. They served a good breakfast and the night we were there was the manager's reception evening ( served drinks and light snacks). It was nice to chat with other guests. We would stay there again. The location was good.
