Great room for the money, little else.
I booked this hotel to attend a conference at the Gaylord Opryland conference center because it was about 1/3 the price at staying at Opryland. It was a very nice room and very quiet. The drawback is that it's a $5.50 plus tip cab ride to the conference in the rain but a 20 minute free exercise walk when it's not raining.

NASHVILLE TRIP
OVERALL SATISFIED. THE BEDS WERE A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE, AND BREAKFAST WAS NOT THAT GREAT. BUT THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, AND WAS PRICED OK.

Nice room, great location
The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, especially since we were in Nashville to see the Christmas lights at Opryland Hotel (the hotel is across the street...maybe a mile away). The room was great, except that we didn't know it would be a handicap accessible room, the only problem with that being that the shower had a very low edge that allowed some water to leak out onto the floor. Other than that, it was just fine for our needs...breakfast was simple but good, and the workout room provided a basic treadmill for us to use. We would definitely stay there again. Also, the couch had a fold out mattress.

Opry Mills Mall was still closed due to flooding that occurred in June. The only store open at the time was Bass Pro Shop. So if you plan to go for the shopping, check online first!

Good deal for the price.
Very clean room but no staff. However, price was great so we didn't mind walking down to get our towels. Breakfast buffet average.

Exceeded my expectations!
This Best Western exceeded my expectations! It was very clean, spacious, well decorated and comfortable. This experience was what I would expect from a much more pricey hotel. A fabulous value! Breakfast was good too with plenty of seating. I will stay there again next year on my return trip to Nashville for "The Season to Remember" at the Capitol.
