Pleasant stay
We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was in a great location and the price was terrific. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were nice enough. We stayed 4 nights and would go back again.

Room was clean neat. Toilet leaked. Breakfast items were stale very limited selection. Good value tho because of loe price.

Loud
Im not sure if it was because we were on the 2nd floor or not, but we could hear the people above us and below us like they were in the room with us. It made for along sleepless night!

Horrible Customer Service and Breakfast!
There was hardly anyone at the front desk when you needed them. The staff at breakfast was aweful, they stop breakfast at 10:00 and at 10:00 exactly they had 2-3 employees come out and take everything away when there was still 5 people in line. I was going for a muffin and they just took it right in front of me. I had cereal with no milk and another guy had his waffle but no butter or syrup. I was shocked, that was very rude and I dont understand why they couldnt just wait 5 minutes for everyone to finish going through the line. To top it all off, the radio, tv and internet went out all at once as soon as we got there and didnt come back on until hours later. I will never stay there again!

Horrible Horrible
I would never recommend this hotel. It was dirty and worst of all! IT HAD FLEAS! It was horrible. And when I went down to tell the front desk we couldnt find the lady working and when we did see her, she was sleeping. Very unprofessional. Thank goodness we got our money back. Don't go there.

Engagement 2011
We wanted to stay near Nashville but not right downtown and this hotel was perfect!!! The amazing part was the cost,it was SO affordable and it took about 3 or 4 mins to get to downtown Nashville.Very clean,beds were comfy,pool was great!!! They were doing some upgrading when we stayed there but was never bothersome at all,it was amazing how nice it was for the price and how easy it was to get to everything we were there to see!!!!

The ugly - the worst trip and hotel
Rugs filthy-the sofa filthy until a new one was put in the middle of the week-cobwebs all over-one shopping ctr.with k-mart only and ruby tuesday . you get what you pay for- the most miserable trip i'v ever taken [...]. in addition the trip out was us.air on the tarmac for 3 hours before we took off it took 12 hours from charlotte that should say enough.
