Nice place to stay
I enjoyed the staff. they changed my room after I found water on the floor by the A/C. It was a nice stay and we slept well.

Quick trip to Nashville!
I was in town for a hockey game. And a night out on Broadway afterwards. Location was great. $7 taxi ride to downtown, never a problem getting one. For the price, the location can't be beat. Felt safe. Easy parking. Helpful front desk. Only complaint, though I was on a non smoking floor, there was a heavy smell of stale smoke in the hallway and to a lesser extent in the room. Apparently, at one time, this was a smoking floor. Room was very clean. Cleaner than some of the more expensive hotels I have stayed in elsewhere. All in all, good experience.

Nashville Music Row Area
I was driving through Nashville on my way back to NC and needed a quiet reasonable place to spend the night. I am glad I picked this Best Western. The hotel is older, but the room was very clean and the location was very quiet. It's very close to downtown if you are sightseeing. There are several restaurants that are really near by. The staff were all very helpful, and were able to suggest a restaurant that delivered. The lounge had a band playing that were very good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have kids and want to use the pool, it's outdoor and looked pretty old and not very inviting, but other than that, everything was great. They also had a very substantial free continental breakfast.

Great Staff!
This hotel was all we needed- a clean place to sleep. The price point is wonderful and the staff is friendly. We asked for directions and they knew the city and events going on around them. The bar is very family oriented. The beer prices were good and we got better service there than any bar on 5th St. The entertainment was also wonderful and quieter than downtown.

There is a very nice shopping area in Green Hills which is not very far away if you drive. It is very clean and easy to park and walk around.

Good location
The hotel was reasonably priced and had great location. It appeared to be badly renovated, poor paint and amenities, and was managed by very loud a Indian family. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
