BEST WESTERN Downtown Convention Center

I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. The Hotel itself was fairly dated. Small bathrooms and rooms for the most part. The worst part was once inside you had to go back outside to a breezeway in order to get to your room. Kind of sucks in the winter. But for the price it's really not that bad. Next time though we will pay another hundred dollars for a better place.

Very noisy, could hear all the street noise. Room was in process of remodeling, toilet rocked and leaked, sink faucet was not stable. Bathroom door unpainted. Location was good for what we needed. Beds were good. Didn't like having to go outside to get to room on the fifth floor.

I found it very hard to find --no big sign and is kind of hidden. Only parking is valet. Room doors are outside so didn't feel as safe solo. room was ok for just over night and staff friendly but room seemed really small and it was noisy. Only those little square pillows and not comfy at all. For another $20.00 I could have felt safer and nicer. I didn't eat there.

More like a motel than hotel, but convenient location and right for the price.

This may come off a bit harsh but my and my boyfriend have vowed never to stay at another best western hotel again. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was conveniently located. However, I would have paid the extra costs to stay at a more expensive nicer hotel if I could do it over. The walls were thin! You could hear everything, from idle chatter, to drunken stupor, to the construction team working above you and banging and drilling on the walls at 8am in the morning. The comp breakfast was average, they did have a waffle maker! We noticed the bed that we slept on didn't have a plastic cover to protect the bed from spills and other liquid material so we were extremely repulsed by that and realized the other bed we had did so we hope it was just a mistake that one time. the hotel should be classified as a motel since the onely way to get to the rooms was to walk outside.

This hotel is perfect for the budget conscious traveller going to Nashville. The hotel is just a few blocks off Broadway and the downtown attractions and is probably within walking distance of the stadium across the river. The rooms could use a little TLC but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was ok at best and parking ended up being valet for a little over 10 a day, but you had in/out privileges. There is also a very small m with one treadmill but there is some limited running options along the river. Overall, good choice for the money.

It was not the nicest hotel I have ever been in, but with its great location and cheap price, it was great for the weekend that we wanted in Nashville!

The hotel was convenient for downtown and it served our purpose, but the rooms and bathroom were small for an extended stay. Breakfast was just okay, but better than nothing. Nice to have the little store/deli attached for drinks, snacks, etc. There could be a little more attention paid to some of the details and service, but I would stay again for the rate we got.

booked this hotel for its proximity to the bridgestone arena for a concert. only a few block walk to broadway and all the bars. the location was great. parking was an additional $10/ day fee. the coffee supplied in the room and with the free breakfast left a lot to be desired. was an average hotel, nothing special, served it's purpose.
