Shocking
Were very disappointed with the appearance and appointments of our (supposedly) deluxe room. There were holes in the bed spread and holes in the thin sheets. Also, mold showing where a part of the wall board was broken loose, etc. , etc.

Description needs better details
This travel site does not give the important detail that the "free airport shuttle" does not run between 9pm and 5:30 am. This mattered a lot to this business traveler. Kudos to staff who made arrangements for a taxi that I'll have to pay for.

Lucky Catch
Me and my partner had a hard time finding the hotel but once we did it was smooth sailing. Check in was easy and fast the staff was very nice. My room was very clean and smelled great. The bathroom was small but was still clean to the point were I took a sit down bath!!! Loved it and was lucky to get the room with the NCAA going on and it being St. Patrick's Day...

Good for Nashville Activities
I went to Nashville to visit with a friend who lived about 20 miles east of Nashville. If i was coming again, I wouldn't probably use this hotel due to its location. If I was going to be touring Nashville, I may select this hotel again due to its close proximity to Nashville International Airport -- my primary reason for selecting it. The room I stayed in had a king-size bed. It was rather hard, but spacious. The chair provided for the desk was very flimsy -- any leaning back at all would have caused it to topple over. One of the energy efficient bulbs was busted... not just broken... but the glass had a hole in it. The view out of the front window of my room was an impressive and personal view of the local Waffle House. I walked to eat there late after arrival -- I was both happy and disappointed about the location. Staff was incredibly friendly and made up for the room's issues itself.

RE: Best Western
I had a last minute cancellation on the end of my trip and needed a quick place to stay. It was fine. Not particularly clean or special. But, it was a place to sleep and the staff were very nice & helpful!
