My experience here was very good, room was clean ' bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that kept me from giving this hotel a perfect review is the neighborhood it is located in is questionable, make sure you know Spanish if you stay in this neighborhood

Basic No Frills accomodation
Visiting family, so this was super close. Airport easily accessed, but a great deal of road noise from the nearby Interstate. Check in staff very friendly. Breakfast was meager (cereal, cheap mini muffins, spotty bananas) but got the job done. This place is close to a work release facility and H**ters is next door. Room smell like bug spray and the tub/shower was a cave like surround, not good for anyone over 5'5". Beds were made fresh daily and micro/fridge was handy and CLEAN; as was the room. Acceptable for budget travel; clean bed, hot shower, breakfast. Had problem with heater, quickly and cheerfully repaired! I would stay again.

Great Management, Bad Part of Town
We went to Nashville for a nice weekend getaway, and picked this hotel because of all the great reviews. We checked in, and the manager was great. He made us feel welcome and safe. We got into our room and the sink and tub were filthy with stains that would obviously not come out. The bed and sheets were clean, but it was not recently remodeled like it had been advertised. Later that night, there were people arguing outside, loud motorcycles, and heels walking up and down the sidewalk outside our room. The neighborhood was very Spanish, and most people were carrying guns. It wasn't safe. We stayed in Nashville for two nights, but only booked this hotel for one of them. I wouldn't return.
