Great Location
My wife and I planned this trip in order to introduce a couple friends to Nashville. Your Hotel served as te perfect back drop for a perfect weekend. The rooms are wonderfully designed and the proximity to town was perfect. Our friends really enjoyed themselves and we all loved our rooms. Very roomy yet cozy and quite quiet despite being on the main street. The staff and other accommodations were very nice.

Best place to stay!
Everyone was extremely friendly, from the guest services who accommodated our purchase using a different credit card, to the front desk help when both checking-in and checking-out. It was fantastic. It was easy access from the parking structure to the hotel guest rooms through a secure key entry. Even the KeyCards used for room access refused to cater to cheap advertisements by being just pure white (and anonymous). You hold the card to the door and it electronically unlocks, as opposed to problems we had in a previous stay where we had to return to the front desk an astounding 10 times to get our KeyCards recoded! The lobby has a bar/ coffee shop/ intimate lounge that hosts live music performances on Friday nights. They extend their closing time by an extra hour. Everything was just wonderful!

Pleasant Surprise
A friend and I stayed at the Indigo hotel for the CMA fest. It was located close to downtown. 15 min walk or $6 cab ride. The rooms are very large and decorated nicely. The large walk in shower was also a nice touch to the room.

Great combination of features
Hotel staff was amazing; helpful and friendly at all times. The bar attracted a friendly eclectic mix of people and featured some great local musicians. The room, especially the bed, was comfortable and inviting. The hotel is located just off of the Interstate (very easy to find); however, not too close (no freeway noise)! Also, as it is on a main road between downtown and the suburbs, reaching just about any restaurant, club, or local travel site was easy.

they have it almost right
The building is a converted office building...the halls and rooms are huge. They have a very funky style, which is among the reasons we chose it. There we some maintainace issues....security doors not locking, room phone not working. Also, they didn't seem like they were putting in adequate effort into the upkeep....puncture on a piece of furniture, seriously peeling wallpaper.

Great Hotel
Front desk staff was exceptional. Room was the largest I have ever stayed in, beautifully decorated. This hotel is not really "downtown" though, you need a five dollar cab ride to get to the main part of town..

Great Experience
I have stayed at Hotel Indigo twice now. I typically like to try new hotels when I travel and I travel to Nashville quite a bit on business. I love Hotel Indigo though and will more than likely continue to stay there on my regular trips to Nashville. The rooms are very spacious and clean and I love the decor. The hotel staff are very nice and accomodating. I also love the location-it's very close to many restaurants and easy access to the highway. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel but lacked consideration
This hotel is about 25 minutes from downtown if walking and when we entered we were impressed with the funky decor and nice staff. The hotel room was large and spacious. Only issues were: the fire alarm went off at 8.30 a.m. (we'd had a fun filled night the night before and wanted a lie in) and then a man over the tannoy announced that it was a test...at 8.30 a.m.?!? Not impressed! Also the housekeeper did not clean our room at all the first day and then put the do not disturb sign on our door to get away with it a second day. My friend asked the front desk for it to be cleaned and she was not happy that we 'told' on her! She was not particularly attentive and did not replensish things in the room so on the last day we ended up using face tissue as bathroom paper!

Nice hotel for business traveler
Nice hotel for the business traveler. Didn't have time to really check out the amenities of the hotel - too short of a business trip. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Hotel is not very architecturally attractive - and a little far from downtown Nashville attractions.
