Great Location for the price
We were only here for 1 night stay. We chose to stay at Alexis Inn and Suites cause it was close to down town where the American Idol Tour was taking place. Everything was clean, the bed was so comfortable and if it had not been for the noisy air conditioner the stay would have been perfect. It kept waking us up every time it would change into rest period. We reported the problem upon leaving and was told maintenance would be told.

Go to Mt Juliet, TN for some awesome shopping. Also continue on to outlet center in Lebanon, TN Shopping was great at each place

Think Twice
Room wasn't too bad. One of the stairwells was blocked with paint cans (yes, full of paint). We had five rooms for seven nights. Three of them didn't get cleaned for three nights, a fourth didn't get cleaned for five nights even though we spoke to the head housekeeper and hotel manager EVERY DAY! Not much for kids to do here except plan on the one elevator which makes getting to and from your room pretty rough with the stairwell blocked with paint and all. The rate is great, the breakfast is so-so, the service sucks. Next time we're in Nashville we'll pay more somewhere else.... Definitely would NOT recommend

Clean, quiet, friendly hotel
I was greeted by name at the front desk (I assume the desk clerk took my call requesting the free airport shuttle). Check-in was very fast. The room was smaller than I expected but overall it was clean, attractive and I was impressed. What I suggest that they change is to provide more details about the airport shuttle process -- that you have to call the hotel and that it's dispatched to you. I had to wait about 45 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Had I known to call I would have called the hotel before my flight to find out what to do. Otherwise, however, it was a minor problem that was quickly solved.

Not a bad place, reasonably priced
The room I was in was large with a king bed. TV was good, flat screen and internet was pretty fast. The hotel does not have a pool.

great location and service for the price
We were attending a Convention. Traveling 11+ hr and having to stay 4 days isn't cheap. This hotel had a great price, clean room, great and helpful staff. No pool but we didn't have time for that anyway. We all enjoyed the hot/cold breakfast bar.

Alexis is pretty good
We weren't there long but the folks were friendly. The internet was good. the breakfast was good. the room was good. the TV was not very good.

Not bad
A few pros and cons with this hotel. First, the rooms are REALLY small, which isn't that big of a deal. They do give a decent breakfast each morning and everything seemed clean. The only real complaint I have is that housekeeping woke me up despite the fact that I had a DO NOT DISTURB sign displayed.

Excellant as usual
We stay here when we fly out of Nashville. They will allow you to park your vehicle for free up to 7 days and also has free shuttle service to the airport.
