Enjoyed my stay. Close to Middle Tennessee State University. Rooms need updating (easy chair and Hassock needed cleaning). Room service menu not up to date nor were there great choices.

bad,Bad,BAD!!!
bad service, for the room , for the restaurant,we begged for 2 days for toilet paper. Their said we were not in room but left towls. This what they thought was cleaning. The room was cleaned 1 time in 3 days.

Not that great
No Soap and Shampoo, Bad creamer. No coffee in the lobby in the morning. bad shower( Not working properly). I could have going to another hotel for $100 (single kingbed) better this one.

Long Drive Home
Excellent location, nice pool and rooms.
Check in was fast and friendly however the room was not ready when we got upstairs. Seems the front desk should have known that? The furnishings were nice, clearly had been updated within the last few years. Room size was excellent, and the bathroom was nicely put together. There are a lot of shops nearby and many restaurants of all price ranges to choose from. There is a mall within a 2 minute drive also. The hotel has a sports bar attatched that we did not go into, though it looked nice. The pool was very attractive looking and had a swim thru between the indoor and outdoor pools. The water was a little cool, and there were leaves in the pool from the live plants that surround it. We had to ask for pool towels, which were provided very quickly. The staff at this hotel is friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again. The location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable.

Old Chicago Restaurant across the street from the hotel had excellent food, many beer selections, and real meals (not microwaved junk) for the kids selections. (My kids had personal pizzas)

Fantastic hotel!
I stay here frequently. Staff is always very helpful and I get 20% off food in Fanatics bar/grill. Extremely clean, friendly staff, welcome me by name and very courteous about directions around town. I have stayed here 5 days in the last 3 weeks and will again! Great, comfy beds and fees have been lowered! One of my fav hotels to stay in.
