BEST WESTERN Chaffin Inn

This was a clean, comfortable room with a comfortable bed which is important to my wife and I. Marble topped counters and furniture. Nice. Cable flat screen tv which we enjoyed when we returned to our room at night. Location was great for us as we spent our days with family and our evenings at the hotel. Close to all the Murfreesboro shopping and eateries. Breakfast was the usual for hotels, but plenty to eat - eggs, sausage, biscuits and waffles and other items. I would recommend this to friends.

Stay at the hotel for the Memphis Tiger vs MTSU football game and everything was great. Excellent breakfast.

We came to Murfreesboro to see a daughter that now lives there. We wanted a hotel convenient to the freeway, restaurants and shopping (Wal-Mart and Target). That is what we got. Nothing fancy, nothing special. My problems were lack of towels - if you go to the swimming pool and use a towel you have to use that wet towel in the morning after your shower. I asked several times for towels to be told there weren't any available at that moment. REALLY?? We got back to our room right after the maid had cleaned it and left us with absolutely no toilet paper! I had to go running after her to ask for some. She did not speak english to I just took a roll off of her cart. My daughter got on the internet to check Facebook and the internet blew my security and I had to take my laptop to Best Buy to have the security reinstalled. On the plus side everything we wanted was a short distance away, it was quiet,it was a place to sleep and it seemed clean. This is an older hotel that looks like it was renovated several times to try to keep up with the times. I am still trying to figure out the phone jack on the bathroom wall! No comment on the breakfast offered - we did not partake.

This is an older hotel that has been updated. Fairly large rooms. Comfortable beds. Small fridge and microwave. Flat screen TV. OK hot breakfast. Wanted $10 per hour for late check out. Would stay again.

We were staying for 3 days at this hotel. The room was nice and clean. Hot breakfast was also very good. We enjoyed our stay there.

[...] it was a very quick and easy check in. The staff was very friendly and the rooms decent. Older hotel so nothing fancy and rooms were acceptably clean. The package was great for the price paid, with that being said, don't expect champagne on a beer budget. Overall was pleased with stay.

Room had too much furniture for the size. Breakfast was not adequate for number of guests. Room was clean

I was staying there for business for the week. The room was over crowded with furniture, and smelled very musty. Bugs were found in the bath room, and noticed crawling across the ceiling. I felt nasty, and itched all night. But then again, it was one of the cheapest motels listed. Stay was cut short due to illness, and the hotel has a "no refund" policy for pre-paid stays, so my one night stay was very costly.

We were very impressed with the size of our room. It was clean and neat and has everything a traveler would want. . . microwave, frig, iron, blow dryer, etc. [...], at the front desk, was always there with a smile and VERY prompt service!!! I appreciated the variety of breakfast items, with both cold and hot choices being available!!! We will definitely stay at Chaffin Inn again!!!

The Best Western was simple, clean, small but newly decorated. I wound stay there again if I needed a basic room at an enexpensive price.
