PICTURE OF ROOM MUST HAVE BEEN MADE WHEN HOTEL WAS NEW. IT WAS VERY NASTY AFRAID TO TOUCH ANYTHING MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM TV DID NOT WORK JACUZZI WATER PRESSURE WAS NON EXISTENT TOILET WOULD NOT FLUSH WASHRAG ON TUB LEFTOVER FROM PREVIOUS OCCPANT. MY SUGGESTION AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER LEFT A REVIEW IS DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE STAY AT THR CRESTWOOD SUITES.

Next time we will spend a little more money and get a better place to stay. Double beds were too small for two people and extremely uncomfortable. Tossed and turned all night and woke up with awful back pain. Pillows were rinky dinky. Only had a couple of outlets, that were hard to get to. Rooms are old and they need to update! Price was definitely too much for this room!! Try EconoLodge, I heard they are cheaper and much more accommodating.

There to visit son as he is in college.Upon and delivery keys to front desk when leaving, was treated with poor service.They did not like me using [...] as they do not make anything they said. First night when we got to bed my husband fell up when he sat down, the bed was broken in the middle. This was 1:30, we called front desk a new front desk man did try to move us to a room 4 doors down, we move our things walk in and the carpet was not just dirty but black and bathroom smelled bad. So he moved us upstairs and we moved out things again. The room there was not set up yet, (amenities, etc) room was not horribly dirty but no detail of cleanliness at all. The sheets had burn holes in them and blanket looked like it had been in use for 20 yrs. We got to bed at 3:00 am. I tried to [...] as upon checking in was told it was cheaper to call them $39.99 nightly a room $80 and I paid $98.[...] did not want to help me and after they even talked to front desk the [...] man online, at 2:00 am questioned the heck out of me, like name of person at front desk who said it was $39.99 nighlty, (the billboard outside advertised it as well). I just hung up. Overall , will never use this Hotel again and do not advise anyone else to. [...]t.The best thing, was close to my sons apartment.

Visiting family in town. This inn is located on a 5-lane highway and though it has a 100-foot sign that helps you find it from the Interstate, we never succeeded in hitting the driveway the first time. There are no ground-level signs and a terrible lack of clues about what is where. This is dangerous but completely foolish, as you have to pull back out into busy traffic. The building is in fair shape at about 25-30 years of age, but the old toilet didn't flush very well despite a large tank, the cable system didn't work, and the beds were uncomfortable: firm but with little padding. Felt like the springs were sticking in your ribs; tossing all night. Mr. [...], the owner, was courteous, but the place was fairly empty, which is good, because the thin walls would have transmitted any noise. Street and highway noise is high in this area; we had a room behind brick walls surrounding the pool, so it was quiet til morning when guests talking outside woke us. Clean, room was truly non-smoking, many restaurants nearby, convenient to I-24, but wouldn't recommend it til they invest in better beds and a street-level sign by the driveway. On a busy weekend in October they should have had more customers; I don't know if they'll make it.

The room was suitable, and very fair for the price. The only problem was the vent fan in the restroom did not work which made the room humid. You may want to also check with the sprting events in the area to tie in with such events. We were at a softball tournamnet with 64 teams and the association had some hotels recommended on the association website.

Girlfriend broke up with me.... but otherwise the hotel room was great. big and spacious. WiFi reception was not the best due to it being on the very end of the hotel. Otherwise, no complaints.
