Overall visit wasn't bad, but the parking situation wasn't clear. There should be better signage to indicate the apparent public garage is parking for Westin.

Disappointed
Very disappointing. Had to go down for new workable keys 5 times in 4 days. Did not get clean glasses; not enough tea bags, no bathrobes. Had to ask for everything.

Best feature is location
Pros: Hotel room was a little cramped for space but the bathroom was spacious with large walk-in shower and separate tub. Beds were very comfortable. Decent size HDTV. Pet friendly (no extra fee) Perfect location justt off Beale Street. Cons: Parking in adjacent garage was $18/day to hotel for unlimited in/out. (We would have done better to pay the garage direct at $10/exit which dropped to $5 on weekdays) Be careful with the PPV movies...the prices can change after purchase. We selected a movie advertised for $4.99 and it magically went to $10.99 after purchase. Couldn't check-in until 4:30 and maid didn't come to clean room until we were getting dressed for dinner. No guest fridge in room...just pre-stocked cash beverage fridge.

Disappointing
our room was not cleaned the second day of our stay. we left at 10:30am for tour for the day at graceland ,but when we came back at 4:30pm our room was not yet cleaned so we had to ask for clean towels and coffee for the following morning.we had plans to have our wedding anniversary dinner at their restaurant but it was closed the second evening of our stay. we were so disappointed because when i booked the hotel it has a 4 star rating.

Not What You Bagain For
The hotel was beautiful, but for $200 a night we expected a little more. We had stains on the carpet in the hallway, wine stains on the carpet in the room by the bed. The shower leaked. For the price you would think it would include parking, but we had to pay $18 to park the car. Worst of all we stayed in $50 motels and had free internet. They charged you to get online.

One Block off of Beale!
Excellent Hotel with very friendly staff. With in walking distance to Memphis Night Life and clubs. In addition the hotal is right accross from the Gibson Guitar Factory. This was a very interesting tour since I have 2 sons who are avid guitar players.
