Nice hotel in a good location
The hotel is a short distant from Beale Street which was the reason for me going to Memphis. We just got on the trolley located right behind the hotel to go up and down Main Street. The rooms are spacious and nice. The breakfast is wonderful. The elevators are a little slow. Most of the staff was friendly and provided good customer service.

Slow elevators, but great service!
This hotel was neat, tidy and had exceptionally friendly staff. My only complaints were that the elevators were slow and breakfast was so popular there was often a wait to get what I wanted. The pool was clean and well maintained, it was in an excellent location and the area was quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel
Everything was clean and nice. We got there an hour before check-in, but they found a room for us right away. The only problem we had was the drapes didn't close which meant sun came in & woke us up the next morning.

Poor service upon arrival
Upon arrival, 4pm, our rooms were not ready. Staff stated that they were being cleaned. So we left and returned again at 5:30pm. At first, we were told that two were ready, and while some of us were checking in, the other came available. The stay ended up being pleasant, clean and met all other expectations. It was frustrating that we had a late start on the evening, we had planned to get ready for the evening at the hotel.

Springhill Suites
Unfortunatley we could only stay one night. We were a group of three friends who came away for a girls trip. We felt very safe, perfect location, walked everywhere. Staff very friendly, valet parking a great asset. Would definately go again.

Good Location
Stayed here because it is on the trolley line, but it is so close to the Orpheum and Beale St that we didn't even have to use the trolley. Rooms are clean and decent but I guess I was expecting something larger for a Suite. Not much room to move around. Would be great for a single person. But, I would book this again for price and location.
