Regency Inn and Suites

The hotel was pretty the room was clean and the people were real nice. But the location was horrible we couldn't find it and there were no signs and it was real hard to locate from the road and the restaurant in the hotel was never open.

Overall a good experience. Only complaint would be service in the bar and the prices in the bar and restaurant . Front desk was extremely helpful and they even picked us up from our rental car location.

The initial expereince was horrible. I arrived early after being told I could by an employee. The guy Dave was cut throat and rude on the phone when I called. I drove 12 hours to find out that the hotel was overbooked and i may not have a room. My grandmother funeral was at 1 pm. It suggested that i go to the restroom and clean up because i didnt have an early check in. The guy dave suggested that I let my child sleep on the floor. However kenya & Ladonna did get things worked out and made the rest of my time ok! Without Dave I would give them 4 star rating.

had reservations for a king 3 months ago. they gave me a queen. upset about the situation.

My family & I checked into this hotel following a bad experience at a different hotel across town. I knew this hotel had sleep number beds and having a bad back that appealed to me greatly. We checked in on a Friday afternoon after being out at Graceland all day. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. We noticed immediately that the remote with the 2nd sleep number bed was missing from the room and the air top was flat. We reported the remote missing several times and were assured a staff member would bring us one. It never materialized and they wouldn't move us. At 3 am we finally gave up and went to bed. On checkout the staff said they knew nothing about it and it was never reported. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager but have contacted my credit card company for a refund.

The hotel was close the airport, the staff was friendly and room was clean, what more can i ask for..

Good hotel. Needs a flat screen in the room. Not noisy, but the low frequency noise from the jets penetrates the walls and might keep you up. Recommend ear plugs if it bothers you. Jets take off all night because of FEDEX flights. It's so close to the terminal you could walk it, but the shuttle always seems to be there when you need it.

It was a very comfortable room. Quite spacious and clean. The only things that I would change would be that they might offer another restaurant choice. The food was good and the service was friendly. It was just rather pricey for someone paying their own way and not billing an expense account. I would stay again because it was a great experience overall.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had when traveling. The front desk was unable to locate our reservation that was done [...]. I even pulled the registration number from my email via my cell phone. It took 35 minutes to check-in which was exhausting after driving all day. The staff was non-apologitic and spoke as if the problem was my fault. They asked for my credit card for "incedentals" but charged me for the room even though [...] had already charged me. Now I have to dispute the extra charge through my credit card company. While at the hotel, the "free wi-fi" did not work. I will never stay at a Regency again and would never refer them to anyone.
