This place is okay. Friendly staff. Not right downtown where you want to go, but an easy enough ride on the trolley there and a $10 cab ride back. The rooms were clean.

Comfortable Business Hotel
As a business traveler, I'd rate this as exactly what you want when you're in town to get work done. The fitness center and pool are exactly what you need to relax and work off the lunch calories, the bed has every pillow type available, the elevators are quick to arrive, the internet works. What else is there?

for want of a phone....
The staff was certainly frirendly. however, the phone in my room didnt work. that would have been only a minor inconvenience except that the people in the room next door were very loud and disruptive in the middle of the night and i had no good way to contact the front desk. therefore i got a lousy night's sleep -- which was the main thing i needed from them. friendly bellhops and waiters dont make up for that.

Family weekend trip
The staff was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't have any issues at all and enjoyed our stay.

We rode the trolley to the Fed Ex forum and to eat at Rendezvous. It was only $1 each way and we enjoyed the experience. It's not something we do everyday. It was much cheaper than a cab. They also run fairly late at night.

Convention stay
This hotel is located adjacent to the Convention Center and was very convenient for my business stay. Complimentary internet is always a plus. I did not utilize many of the hotel amenities due to my schedule. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous.
