Understated elegance on Primacy Parkway

Great for business trip!
Staff was very accommodating...being a Hyatt, I was hoping for room service but it was very easy to get one of their tasty meals to go and take it to my room. I had a very nice stay...

Overnight stay business
This hotel is located in a safe location with excellent restaurant choices nearby. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean and had a sofa, workstation and mini-fridge. Excellent value for the money.

Had great time in Memphis
Hotel was clean and in nice area; staff helpful and friendly. We had one problem and it was immediately looked into by staff and taken care of. Would recommend to all, family and business. Rooms very quiet.

Graceland was wonderful. Weather helped as it was ideal. Charlie Vergos Rendeveau Barbeque was excellent.

One night business trip
This hotel has a modernistic entry area that is surprisingly inviting. Room was nicely appointed, if a bit quirky given what appears to be a conversion from a suite hotel. Passing trains were noisy, but otherwise a nice sleep. Staff was friendly.

World's Finest
We spent two nights @ this hotel and the stay was very pleasant. The only thing I would change is to add a full service breakfast. This would help families eliminate an eating stop while traveling long distances reducing the cost of the trip. I will indeed stay @ this hotel every time I visit the Memphis area. I consider this hotel the World's Finest :o)

Can't get it all
Just a normal trip. The people working at the hotel were nice and ready to help. Very welcoming. But the hotel price is deceiving. What you see is not what you pay. There is a $22.00 somewhere at the time of purchase so when the price is advertised for $84.00 remember that there is a hidden fee. If you really want to have a full breakfast you have to pay more. they will provide cereal, fruits etc but dont count on egg bacon etc. Hey you cannot get it or. Internet is a must. Location perfect.
