A step up

We normally go for the cheapest places and make do but when we only had to pay $20 more for this hotel we went for it and were glad we did. This is the best value for money we've had in a long time.

Great for quick business trip

Business Trip

I was here on business and booked this hotel because it had a shuttle. They never had a driver so I ended up taking a taxi to get anywhere I needed. The printer was not working the time I was there and couldn't print needed documens.

Great hotel!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. We would stay there again. It was easy to get to, but you didn't hear traffic sounds from the highway.

Dixie Cafe short drive from the hotel. Recommended by hotel staff and the food was fantastic and reasonably priced.

Wonderful Clean Hotel

We went to TN to go to Graceland Mansion and found this hotel which was conveienant to everything we needed. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. Nice, clean and comfortable and staff wonderful.

very nice stay

Great staff and service, friendly and eager to help. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay in nice sized rooms which were very clean and neat.

HI Express - East Memphis

Overall, it was okay, but checking in took over 30 minutes. We had to walk all around the hotel to find a staff member to ask about directions.

I found it to be really nice

Went to grandchildrens graduation. Compared to the two hotels I usually stay in,not quite as nice as Doubletree but 100% better than Hampton Inn.
