Courtyard by Marriott Memphis East/Lenox Corporate Park

I got in late in late around 1am. At 7:30am I was awoken by constructions vehicles beeping and ladders hitting the wall. Fire alarms were set off twice in the next hours. No high speed internet for free. When I complained to the front desk about the morning events and asked if my next morning would be the same the lady said no we got the side of the building painted. No apologies and they really lacked customer service. Business center only one computer would print.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a place of this kind. Convenient location close to several business parks and reasonably close to airport. I was told it's a safe neighborhood, but the multi-lane roads and freeways around the are don't exactly invite you to walk anywhere. Free internet in the room and use of PC/printer at business center is a plus. Breakfast was $10 for a pretty good buffet.

We found several shopping centers to shop at during the day and a great nightlife.

This was the host hotel of a roller skating skate jam event and we stayed here for one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have a microwave or fridge, but there are a lot a good places nearby (within a mile or so) to eat. Overall, this hotel was as comfortable and clean as your average hotel is supposed to be.

when i checked in the clerk got a smart- aleck attitude with me. the breastfast was not good and too expense for what they served. they had a continental breakfast but charged $10+ for it! the guests staying at the hotel keep up a lot of noise unlike my previous stay.the air conditioner would not maintain the temperature at a comfortable level.

Worked at a golf event and spent very little time at the hotel.

The Courtyard Memphis East/Lenox Corporate Park provided excellent accommodations for my friend and I during our week stay. The hotel staff were all VERY friendly and wanted to make sure everything was ok. The breakfast assortment was unbelieveable - including waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage or bacon, eggs & even an omlet with your choice of extras. The location was perfect for our visit to Graceland as the interstate was one block away. The hotel was actually closer to all the shopping needs one could ever need. It is also close to the Memphis airport. We made sure we informed the hotel staff that we were VERY pleased with our stay. Our only minor disappointment was the fact that we were not permitted to use the swimming pool or spa because it was 2 weeks before Memorial Day and the pool was not officially opened yet. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and stay there again on my next visit.

Hotel rooms were clean. Staff was professional and curteous. Neighborhood was very safe. Nothing is really walkable, but downtown was less than 15 minute drive of all expressway. I would stay there again without a doubt.
